Abstract
Description
本発明の実施の形態1に係るクールベンチシステムについて図1乃至図7を参照して説明する。本実施の形態1に係るクールベンチシステムは、屋外の一定スペースに、人々が冷涼感を得ながら休息することができる環境を提供し、特に、気温の高い夏季や熱帯国において人々が集まる例えば公園、広場、イベント会場や工事現場などに用いられる。
本実施の形態1の変形例1について説明する。本変形例1では、上記実施の形態1に係るクールベンチシステム1に加えて、座面部32及び背凭れ面31の表面には、結露水の発生を抑制する断熱性・遮熱性を有する特殊コーティング剤が塗布される。この特殊コーティング塗料は例えばセラミック配合遮熱塗料であり、例えば中空ビーズ系、シラスバルーン系、真球ファインセラミック系などを用いる。この構成により、本変形例1では、上記実施の形態1における効果に加えて、座面部32及び背凭れ面31に塗布された特殊コーティング材によって周囲温度と座面下の中空層温度の間に断熱層を設け、真空層により対流・輻射による熱伝導を妨げる。この結果、利用者が着座していない時は、座面部32及び背凭れ面31との間には断熱層となり結露は発生しにくく、着座するとセラミック層は伝熱によって、体表面と接触面での熱移動が行われて利用者が冷涼感を得ることができる。
本実施の形態1の変形例2について図8を参照しながら説明する。本変形例2に係るクールベンチシステム1の電源供給方法として、グリーン電力を利用する。例えば、排水油脂をエネルギーに変換できる発電システムを備えた発電車両S、太陽光発電81や風力発電82を使うことで、電線がなく電力供給が困難な場所にもクールベンチシステム1を用いることができる。発電車両Sは、時間や天候に左右される太陽光発電81・風力発電82と異なり、安定的に電源を確保できる。運用方法として、発電車両Sで蓄電池83に充電し、熱源機4、送風機5及び循環ポンプ7に電源を供給し、クールベンチシステム1を稼働させる。また、日中においては太陽光発電81や風力発電82から蓄電池83への充電も可能にする。
以下、本発明に係るクールベンチシステムの実施の形態2に関して図9を参照しながら説明する。なお、上記実施の形態1に係るクールベンチシステム1と同様の構成には同符号を付し、その詳細な説明は省略する。

Claims (8)
- 一定スペースに冷涼空間を形成するクールベンチシステムであって、
上面が閉塞した略円筒形状を有する直立ピラーと、
前記直立ピラーの下端側に接続されて利用者が座るためのベンチ部と、を備え、
前記直立ピラーは、円筒形状の内側円筒体、当該内側円筒体の表面を覆うように配置された吸水性シート、当該吸水性シートの表面に沿って螺旋状に配置されて冷却水が流れる送水管、及び当該送水管の外側に配置された円筒形状の外側円筒体を有する、ことを特徴とするクールベンチシステム。 - 前記クールベンチシステムは、さらに、
冷却水を生成するための熱源機を備え、
前記直立ピラーの上面には、前記熱源機とは冷却水管を介して接続され、前記熱源機で生成された冷却水を前記送水管にヘッダー方式で給水するためのヘッダーが配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のクールベンチシステム。 - 前記直立ピラーの下端側には、前記ベンチ部と接続するため接続部材が連結される、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のクールベンチシステム。
- 前記ベンチ部は、前記直立ピラーの外周形状に沿って形成された背凭れ面と、当該背凭れ面の下端側から水平方向に延出した座面部と、前記接続部材と嵌合する直立ピラー支持部と、前記座面部を下方から支持する基台と、を備え、
前記背凭れ面及び前記座面部は、熱伝導率の高い金属で形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項3記載のクールベンチシステム。 - 前記座面部は、その内部空間に、前記送水管の表面において形成されて前記吸水性シートを伝って下方に滴り落ちてきた結露水を貯水するための貯水空間を有し、
前記貯水空間には、潜熱蓄熱材(PCM: Phase Change Material)組成物が充填されている複数のPCM容器が配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項4記載のクールベンチシステム。 - 前記ベンチ部は、さらに、前記送水管の表面において形成されて前記吸水性シートを伝って下方に滴り落ちてきた結露水を貯水するための貯水区画を有し、
前記座面部の座面下に、板形状で当該座面に対して隣接して設けられたPCM用板体が配置され、
前記座面部は、前記背凭れ面の下端側に回動可能に連結された折り畳み式座面部である、ことを特徴とする請求項4記載のクールベンチシステム。 - 前記基台は、その一面に開口面を有し、
前記クールベンチシステムは、さらに、
前記開口面から外気を前記直立ピラーの内部空間に送り込むための送風機を備え、
前記内側円筒体及び前記外側円筒体は、その表面に、前記送風機から送風された空気を外側に通すための複数の貫通孔を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項4乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のクールベンチシステム。 - 螺旋状に配置された前記送水管の隣接する送水管同士の間隔は、1mm〜10mmの範囲である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のクールベンチシステム。
