Claims (5)
- 生体管腔に挿入されて生体管腔を広げるためのカッティングデバイスであって、
生体管腔に挿入可能な長尺なシャフト部と、
前記シャフト部の遠位部の外面に周方向に偏って配置されて拡張可能である第1の拡張部と、
前記シャフト部の遠位部の前記第1の拡張部が配置される側と反対側に配置される鋭利なカッティング部材と、
前記シャフト部の遠位部の外面の前記第1の拡張部が配置される側と反対側に配置されて拡張可能であり、前記カッティング部材を前記シャフト部から離間可能に支持する第2の拡張部と、を有するカッティングデバイス。 - 前記第1の拡張部および前記第2の拡張部は、内圧の変化によって拡張および収縮が可能なバルーンであり、
前記第1の拡張部は、前記第2の拡張部よりも拡張時の外表面の面積が大きい請求項1に記載のカッティングデバイス。 - 前記第1の拡張部は、前記シャフト部の軸心と直交する断面において非真円形状である請求項1または2に記載のカッティングデバイス。
- 前記第1の拡張部は、前記カッティング部材と前記シャフト部の軸心が位置する基準面に沿う方向よりも、前記基準面と直交する方向へ相対的に長く拡張可能である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のカッティングデバイス。
- 前記第1の拡張部および第2の拡張部は、前記シャフトの異なるルーメンに連通し、個別に拡張可能である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のカッティングデバイス。
