Claims (13)
- 超音波プローブの軸の平行方向に複数の振動子が配置された第1振動子セットと、前記軸に略直交する面上に複数の振動子が配置された第2振動子セットと、前記第1振動子セット及び前記第2振動子セットを支持する筐体を前記軸を中心として回動させるためのハンドル部と、を備えた超音波プローブと、
前記超音波プローブを介してスキャンを実行し、超音波画像を生成する画像生成手段と、
前記超音波画像を表示部に表示させる表示手段と、
前記第2振動子セットによるスキャンで生成された超音波画像上に穿刺ターゲットの位置が設定されると、前記穿刺ターゲットの位置に基づいて、前記第1振動子セットによるスキャンによるスキャン面が前記穿刺ターゲットを含む場合の目標回動角を算出し、前記超音波プローブの回動角が前記目標回動角に略一致する場合に報知を行なう報知手段と、

前記第1振動子セット及び前記第2振動子セットの各々の前記軸の方向の中心位置が異なる構造を有する請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置。 - 前記超音波プローブに備えられる前記第1振動子セット及び前記第2振動子セットは、前記筐体に覆われており、前記筐体の内部に液体又は流動性物体が充填されている請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置。
- 前記超音波プローブに備えられる前記第2振動子セットは、前記軸の平行方向に平行移動可能な構造を有する請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置。
- 前記超音波プローブに備えられる前記第1振動子セット及び前記第2振動子セットの回動半径は、前記第2振動子セットの曲率半径と略一致する構造を有する請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置。
- 前記超音波プローブは、直腸から挿入される用途の体腔内用の超音波プローブである請求項1乃至8のうちいずれか一項に記載の超音波診断装置。
- 前記超音波プローブに備えられる前記第2振動子セットは、前記軸に略直交する面上であって、前記軸を中心とする円周上に前記複数の振動子が配置され、体腔内の超音波画像を収集可能である請求項9に記載の超音波診断装置。
- 前記報知手段は、前記コンベックススキャンによる超音波画像上に設定された穿刺ターゲットの空間的な位置から、前記リニアスキャンによるスキャン面が前記穿刺ターゲットを含む場合の回動角を前記目標回動角として算出する請求項3に記載の超音波診断装置。
- 前記超音波プローブに取り付けられる複数のセンサをさらに有し、
前記報知手段は、前記複数のセンサに対応する複数の位置情報に基づいて、前記超音波プローブの回動角を求める請求項1乃至11のうちいずれか一項に記載の超音波診断装置。 - 前記報知手段は、
前記複数のセンサに対応する前記複数の位置情報に基づいて、前記超音波プローブの回動角に加えて、前記超音波プローブの位置と前記超音波プローブの軸の向きとを求め、
前記超音波プローブの回動角と、前記超音波プローブの位置と、前記超音波プローブの軸の向きと、前記目標回動角とに基づいて報知を行う、
