Description
Claims (15)
- プレート本体を含み、前記プレート本体の表面上に複数の窪みおよび突起が設けられている熱交換プレートであって、前記複数の窪みおよび突起は第一の方向に交互に配置され、かつ前記第一の方向に垂直な第二の方向にも交互に配置され、および前記複数の突起の最上部は前記第一の方向に細長い形状を有し、
前記第一の方向は、熱交換流体の流れを分散させるように、前記熱交換プレートの前記長手方向と鋭角、鈍角または直角をなす、熱交換プレート。 - 相互に隣接する突起および窪みは、それらの間の傾斜面によって移行的に接続され、その一方で隣接する窪みは、それらの間の曲面溝によって移行的に接続され、前記曲面溝の底部は前記窪みの底部より高い、請求項1に記載の熱交換プレート。
- 前記突起の長尺方向に隣接する3つの窪みまたは突起により形成される三角形の頂角は50°〜160°の範囲である、請求項1または2に記載の熱交換プレート。
- 前記頂角が70°〜150°の範囲である、請求項3に記載の熱交換プレート。
- 各突起はそれぞれ前記第一の方向に延在する第一の縁と第二の縁とを有し、前記第一の縁および/または前記第二の縁は曲線または直線の形状である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換プレート。
- 各突起はそれぞれ前記第一の縁と前記第二の縁とに接続する第三の縁と第四の縁とを有し、前記第三の縁と前記第四の縁との間の挟角の角度範囲は0°〜180°である、請求項5に記載の熱交換プレート。
- 前記突起の前記最上部の形状は、
前記第一の縁および前記第二の縁が、同心の弓形であってかつ前記第一の縁の曲率が前記第二の縁の曲率よりも小さく、
または、前記第一の縁が直線でありかつ前記第二の縁が前記第一の縁と反対側に曲率中心がある弓形であり、
または、前記第一の縁および前記第二の縁がいずれも弓形であってかつそれぞれの曲率中心が互いに対して反対側にあり、
または、前記第一の縁および前記第二の縁が、いずれも直線の形状であり、
または、前記第一の縁および前記第二の縁がいずれも弓形であってかつそれぞれの曲率中心が互いの側にあり、
または、前記第一の縁が前記第二の縁の側に曲率中心がある弓形であり、かつ前記第二の縁が直線の形状である、請求項6に記載の熱交換プレート。 - 前記挟角の前記角度範囲は20°〜110°である、請求項6に記載の熱交換プレート。
- 前記第一の縁と前記第二の縁との両方が弓形であり、および前記第一の縁の曲率は前記第二の縁の曲率より小さい、請求項8に記載の熱交換プレート。
- 前記第一の縁は直線の形状であり、その一方で前記第二の縁は弓形である、請求項8に記載の熱交換プレート。
- 前記複数の窪みの前記底部は丸い形状または多角形の形状を有する、請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換プレート。
- 前記熱交換プレートは、少なくとも2つの熱交換プレートユニットを含み、任意の2つの隣接する交換プレートユニットにおける2つの前記第一の方向の向きは熱交換流体が流れる方向に対して逆V字型形状を形成する、請求項1に記載の熱交換プレート。
- 重複した状態で相互に結合された複数の請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換プレートを含み、熱交換流体が流れるための経路が前記プレート間の空間に形成される、プレート式熱交換器。
- 前記複数の熱交換プレートはろう付け、セミ溶接、またはフル溶接によって相互に結合される、請求項13に記載のプレート式熱交換器。
- 前記複数の熱交換プレートが解体可能な方法で相互に結合される、請求項13に記載のプレート式熱交換器。
