Description
Claims (15)
- 本体の長手方向中心線から外側の流れゾーンに複数の内部溝を持つボアを有する本体と、
ボアに摺動自在に係合され、ボアに係合する複数のシール溝を有するスプールと、
本体に形成され、本体の長手方向中心線に直角であり、ボアへ連なるポートに形成される横断ポート窓を有する複数のポートと、
を備え、
ボアと、弁を通る流路にチョーク容積を形成するスプールとの間に形成される流れ容積をさらに備え、チョーク容積が、スプールに沿って長手方向流れの位置で流路に配置される、
スプール弁。 - スプールが、隣接するシール溝の間に凹面形表面を備え、凹面形表面が、スプールの長手方向中心線に向かって半径方向内側に形成される、請求項1に記載の弁。
- スプールが、隣接するシール溝の間に流れプロファイルを形成し、流れプロファイルが、第1のシール溝に最も近い第1の凹面形輪郭付けされた凹部と、第2のシール溝に最も近い第2の凹面形輪郭付けされた凹部と、第1および第2の凹面形輪郭付けされた凹部の間に形成される隣接するシール溝の間に配置される凹面形表面とを備える、請求項2に記載の弁。
- 弁が、入口ポートから第1の横断ポート窓を有する開口を通して、第1の内部溝を有する本体のボアの中へ、スプールが初期ゼロ変位位置にまたは最終変位位置にある場合に、長手方向中心線に直角な横断流方向からスプールの凹面形表面の上の長手方向流れ方向への屈曲、長手方向流れ方向から第2の内部溝の中への横断流方向への屈曲を通して、および第2の横断ポート窓のある第2の開口を通して、および出口ポートの外へ流路を形成する、請求項2に記載の弁。
- ボアと、弁を通る流路にチョークを形成するスプールとの間に形成される流れ容積をさらに備え、チョークが、スプールに沿って長手方向流れの位置で流路に配置される、請求項4に記載の弁。
- スプールが、凹面形輪郭付けされた凹部を有するシールに隣接するシール溝のうちの1つの一部を形成するシール壁を備える、請求項1に記載の弁。
- チョーク容積の下流の流れ容積が、流路を長手方向流れから横断流に変化させるように構成される、請求項1に記載の弁。
- チョーク容積の下流の流れ容積が、実質的にチョーク容積と同じ大きさである、請求項7に記載の弁。
- 本体の長手方向中心線から半径方向外側に球状に形成される流れゾーンにおいて複数の内部溝を持つボアを有する本体と、
ボアに摺動自在に係合され、ボアに係合する複数のシール溝、およびスプールの長手方向中心線に向かって半径方向内側に形成される隣接するシール溝の間の凹面形表面、を有するスプールと、
弁を通る流路に配置されるチョーク容積であって、横断流の方への流路の屈曲の前にスプールに沿って長手方向にある流れを有するチョーク容積と、
を備える、スプール弁。 - チョーク容積の下流の流れ容積が、流路を長手方向流れから横断流に変化させるように構成される、請求項9に記載の弁。
- チョーク容積の下流の流れ容積が、実質的にチョーク容積と同じ大きさである、請求項10に記載の弁。
- スプールが、隣接するシール溝の間に凹面形表面を備え、凹面形表面が、スプールの長手方向中心線から半径方向内側に形成される、請求項9に記載の弁。
- スプールが、隣接するシール溝の間に流れプロファイルを形成し、流れプロファイルが、第1のシール溝に最も近い第1の凹面形輪郭付けされた凹部と、第2のシール溝に最も近い第2の凹面形輪郭付けされた凹部と、第1および第2の凹面形輪郭付けされた凹部の間に形成される隣接するシール溝の間に配置される凹面形表面とを備える、請求項12に記載の弁。
- 弁が、入口ポートから第1の横断ポート窓を有する開口を通して、第1の内部溝を有する本体のボアの中へ、スプールが初期ゼロ変位位置にまたは最終変位位置にある場合に長手方向中心線に直角な横断流方向からスプールの凹面形表面の上の長手方向流れ方向への屈曲、長手方向流れ方向から第2の内部溝の中への横断流方向への屈曲を通して、および第2の横断ポート窓のある第2の開口を通して、および出口ポートの外へ流路を形成する、請求項12に記載の弁。
- ボアと、弁を通る流路にチョーク容積を形成するスプールとの間に形成される流れ容積をさらに備え、チョーク容積が、スプールに沿って長手方向流れの位置で流路に配置される、請求項14に記載の弁。
