以下、本実施形態の作用、効果について説明する。使用者は、乾燥フィルタ20を取り出すには、片手を乾燥フィルタ20上へ延ばし、指で蓋部22cを押圧して開くとともに挿入した指先を上カバー21の内面に当接させて手前側に引き出す力を与える。この動作では、使用者が蓋部22cを押し開くことで、蓋部22cの突出部22pが梃子の原理でロック用フック23fに回動力を与えて爪部23tが乾燥フィルタ収容部11の被係止部11sから外れる。従って、乾燥フィルタ20に手を掛けて乾燥フィルタ20を手前側に引き出すという簡単な操作でしかも小さい操作力で乾燥フィルタ20を洗濯機本体から取り出すことができ、また、装置構成が簡単である。

Claims (5)
- 洗濯機本体内に収容された外槽の温風出口部と温風入口部との間に形成された乾燥用の循環風路中に乾燥フィルタを着脱自在に係止している洗濯乾燥機であって、
前記乾燥フィルタに設けられ、人の手による操作部と、
前記乾燥フィルタが前記洗濯機本体に装着された状態で、前記乾燥フィルタから外方へ突出することで前記乾燥フィルタを前記洗濯機本体に係止する爪部と、前記爪部が係止する被係止部とを有する係止機構と、
を備え、
前記被係止部は、前記乾燥フィルタを収容するように前記洗濯機本体に設けられた乾燥フィルタ収容部に設けられており、
前記操作部は、上方から押圧されることで開く開閉自在な蓋部を備え、
前記爪部は、前記蓋部が上方から押圧されると前記乾燥フィルタ内側に引っ込む構成にされており、
前記乾燥フィルタを引き出す操作をする前に、前記蓋部への手による上方からの押圧操作に連動して前記爪部を前記乾燥フィルタ内側に引っ込ませることで、前記乾燥フィルタの係止を解除した後に、前記乾燥フィルタを引き出す操作をすることで前記乾燥フィルタを取り出しできることを特徴とする洗濯乾燥機。 - 前記爪部は前記乾燥フィルタ後方側に出没可能に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の洗濯乾燥機。
- 前記爪部を前記乾燥フィルタ後方側に向けて付勢する爪部用付勢手段と、
前記蓋部を上方側に向けて付勢する蓋部用付勢手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の洗濯乾燥機。 - 前記係止機構は、前記蓋部が押圧方向の遊び代に対応する所定位置に到達したときに前記爪部が係止解除の方向への移動を開始する構成にされていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の洗濯乾燥機。
- 前記係止機構は、前記蓋部が押圧方向の遊び代に対応する所定位置に到達するまでは前記爪部が係止解除の方向へ緩慢に移動し、前記蓋部が前記所定位置に到達した後には前記爪部が係止解除の方向へ急速に移動する構成にされていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の洗濯乾燥機。
