Description
互いに垂直する軸方向及び径方向を備えるハウジングであって、
当該軸方向に沿って当該ハウジングの一端に成形される空気進入口と、
当該軸方向に当該ハウジングの当該空気進入口に対向する他端に成形される排気口と、
当該ハウジングの当該径方向に沿う一側面に成形され、当該空気進入口と当該排気口とを互いに連通し合う取付開口と、
それぞれ当該ハウジングの対向する両側の内壁面に突出成形され、且つ当該排気口に隣接し、当該取付開口とそれぞれ当該ハウジングの当該径方向に沿う対向する両側に位置する両第1の押当板とを含むハウジングと、
フィルタコーンであって、
当該ハウジング内に設置される芯材と、
当該芯材の当該軸方向に沿う一端に設置され、且つ、当該ハウジング内に設置され、当該ハウジングの当該排気口に隣り合い、その対向する両側にはそれぞれリミットリブが突設され、当該フィルタコーンフレームの当該両リミットリブがそれぞれ当該両第1の押当板と当該ハウジングの内壁面との間に貫設され、各当該リミットリブ上に当該ハウジングの当該排気口に向かって当該ハウジングの当該内壁面に当接する外押当部が突出成形され、各当該リミットリブ上に当該ハウジングの当該空気進入口に向かって当該第1の押当板に当接する内押当部が突出成形され、当該内押当部と当該第1の押当板との当接箇所は当該外押当部と当該ハウジングの当該内壁面との当接箇所の径方向外側にあるフィルタコーンフレームと、
当該フィルタコーンフレーム上に設置され且つ当該フィルタコーンフレームと当該ハウジングとの間に介在する密封材とを含むフィルタコーンと、
当該ハウジング上に取外可能に設置され、当該取付開口を遮蔽し、当該ハウジングの当該排気口に向かって当該フィルタコーンフレームに押え当てる径方向カバーとを含む軸流フィルタを提供する。

Claims (8)
- 互いに垂直する軸方向及び径方向を備えるハウジングであって、
当該軸方向に沿って当該ハウジングの一端に成形される空気進入口と、
当該軸方向に当該ハウジングの当該空気進入口に対向する他端に成形される排気口と、
当該ハウジングの当該径方向に沿う一側面に成形され、当該空気進入口と当該排気口とを互いに連通し合う取付開口と、
それぞれ当該ハウジングの対向する両側の内壁面に突出成形され、且つ当該排気口に隣接し、当該取付開口とそれぞれ当該ハウジングの当該径方向に沿う対向する両側に位置する両第1の押当板とを含むハウジングと、
フィルタコーンであって、
当該ハウジング内に設置される芯材と、
当該芯材の当該軸方向に沿う一端に設置され、且つ、当該ハウジング内に設置され、当該ハウジングの当該排気口に隣り合い、その対向する両側にはそれぞれリミットリブが突設され、当該フィルタコーンフレームの当該両リミットリブがそれぞれ当該両第1の押当板と当該ハウジングの内壁面との間に貫設され、各当該リミットリブ上に当該ハウジングの当該排気口に向かって当該ハウジングの当該内壁面に当接する外押当部が突出成形され、各当該リミットリブ上に当該ハウジングの当該空気進入口に向かって当該第1の押当板に当接する内押当部が突出成形され、当該内押当部と当該第1の押当板との当接箇所は当該外押当部と当該ハウジングの当該内壁面との当接箇所の径方向外側にあるフィルタコーンフレームと、
当該フィルタコーンフレーム上に設置され且つ当該フィルタコーンフレームと当該ハウジングとの間に介在する密封材とを含むフィルタコーンと、
当該ハウジング上に取外可能に設置され、当該取付開口を遮蔽し、当該ハウジングの当該排気口に向かって当該フィルタコーンフレームに押え当てる径方向カバーとを含む軸流フィルタ。 - 当該径方向カバーの内側面には当該ハウジングに向かって両第2の押当板が突出成形され、当該両第2の押当板はそれぞれ当該ハウジングの当該排気口に向かって当該フィルタコーンフレームの当該両リミットリブを押え当てる請求項1に記載の軸流フィルタ。
- 当該フィルタコーンフレームの各当該外押当部は両ラグを含み、当該両ラグがそれぞれ当該ハウジングの対応する当該第1の押当板及び当該径方向カバーの対応する当該第2の押当板に隣り合う請求項2に記載の軸流フィルタ。
- 当該径方向カバーの当該両第2の押当板はそれぞれ当該径方向に当該フィルタコーンフレームの当該両内押当部に密着する請求項2に記載の軸流フィルタ。
- 当該フィルタコーンフレームの各当該リミットリブの径方向一側に第1の案内斜面が設置され、当該第1の案内斜面が対応する当該第1の押当板と当該ハウジングの当該内壁面との間に位置する請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の軸流フィルタ。
- 当該フィルタコーンフレームの各当該内押当部の径方向一側に第2の案内斜面が設置され、当該第2の案内斜面が対応する当該第1の押当板と当該ハウジングの当該内壁面との間に位置する請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の軸流フィルタ。
- 当該密封材が当該フィルタコーンフレーム外に周回して嵌めこまれ、且つ径方向に当該フィルタコーンフレームと当該ハウジングとの間に介在する請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の軸流フィルタ。
- 取外可能に当該ハウジングの当該空気進入口に設置される多管式プレフィルターをさらに含む請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の軸流フィルタ。
