上記布地を上記第1の布地処理液と最初に接触させた、使用である。
本発明は、第1の布地処理液におけるカチオン性多糖ポリマーとアニオン性非石鹸界面活性剤との組み合わせの使用であって、別の後続の第2の布地処理液中で柔軟化活性物質が布地と接触する際の、柔軟化活性物質の上記布地への付着を向上させるためのものであり、上記布地を上記第1の布地処理液と最初に接触させた、使用に関する。
好ましくは、非石鹸アニオン性界面活性剤は、直鎖アルキルベンゼンスルホネート、アルコキシル化アルキルサルフェート、又はこれらの混合物、より好ましくはこれらの混合物を含み、直鎖アルキルベンゼンスルホネートとアルコキシル化アルキルサルフェートの重量比は、好ましくは直鎖アルキルベンゼンスルホネートとエトキシル化アルキルサルフェートの重量比は、1:2〜20:1、好ましくは1.1:1〜15:1、より好ましくは1.2:1〜10:1、更により好ましくは1.3:1〜5:1、最も好ましくは1.4:1〜3:1である。
好ましくは、カチオン性多糖ポリマーは、カチオン変性ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、カチオン変性ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、カチオン及び疎水変性ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、カチオン及び疎水変性ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、又はこれらの混合物、より好ましくはカチオン変性ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、カチオン及び疎水変性ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、又はこれらの混合物から選択される。
好ましくは、上記柔軟化活性物質は、第四級アンモニウム化合物、アミン、脂肪酸エステル、ショ糖エステル、シリコーン、分散性ポリオレフィン、多糖、脂肪酸、柔軟化油、ポリマーラテックス、柔軟化クレイ、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択され、好ましくは布地柔軟化活性物質は、第四級アンモニウム化合物、及びこれらの混合物、より好ましくはエステルクァット(quat)からなる群から選択され、最も好ましくは布地柔軟化活性物質は、ジエステルクァット、より好ましくはジエチルエステルジメチルアンモニウムクロリド(DEEDMAC)からなる群から選択される。
当業者であれば、当技術分野において既知の方法を使用して、本発明の水溶性単位用量物品、洗濯洗剤組成物、布地柔軟化組成物、柔軟化活性物質、アニオン性非石鹸界面活性剤、及びカチオン性多糖ポリマーを作製する方法を認識するであろう。
**ポリエチレングリコール骨格(Pluriol E6000)及び疎水性酢酸ビニル側鎖を有し、40重量%のポリエチレングリコール骨格ポリマーのポリマー系及び60重量%のグラフト化された酢酸ビニル側鎖のポリマー系を含む、ポリエチレングリコールグラフトポリマー。
洗浄プロセス:
10枚の100%綿テリータオル(サイズ:30cm×30cm)を、10枚の50%綿/50%ポリエステルニット布(サイズ:30cm×30cm−K7422)及び80%綿/20%ポリエステルバラスト負荷(洗浄における布地の総重量:2.7kg)と一緒に、25.7gの上記表にまとめた配合物を用いて、縦型Kenmore 600L洗濯機におい強洗浄(Heavy Duty)サイクル(32℃、洗浄時間:12分、64リットルの0.1g/L(8gpg)水)で洗浄した。その結果として、布地を、25.5gの上記表にまとめた布地増強剤組成物の存在下(比較例C−実施例A)/非存在下(比較例A及びB)で3分間すすぎ(20℃、すすぎ時間:3分、64リットルの0.1g/L(8gpg)水)、回転ドラム式乾燥機で乾燥させた。
100%綿テリータオルトレーサーを、一定の温度(23℃)及び湿度(55%の相対湿度)の室内で、少なくとも5時間平衡化した。2.5kgロードセル及びクロスヘッド高さ25mmでThwing−Albert Friction Peel Testerを用いて、同じ室内で、布地同士の動摩擦係数を測定した。1枚目の布地を機器の試料台に置き、2枚目の同じ布地(11.43cm×6.35cm)を、ロードセルに取り付けられた200gのクランプ機構付きスレッドに取り付け、1枚目の布地の表面上に配置した。Friction Peel Testerは、2枚目の布地(クランプ機構付きスレッドに取り付けた)を、1枚目の布地(試料台の上)の上を、20cm/minで20秒間移動させるようにプログラムする。互いの表面上を布地が移動するとき、ソフトウェアは、クランプ機構付きスレッドに取り付けた布地が受ける摩擦力を記録する。テリータオルトレーサーは、布目に逆らって測定されるように機器に配置する。
洗浄試験後に布地から抽出したDEEDMACジエステルクァット材料の濃度を、多重反応モニタリング(MRM)を用いて、親水性相互作用液体クロマトグラフィー/タンデム質量分析(HILIC/MS/MS)分析によって分析した。
下記表は、布地上に付着したジエステルクァット(DEEDMAC)柔軟化活性物質の実際の量、及び結果として得られる、布地で測定された摩擦係数を示す。本発明によるカチオン性ヒドロキシエチルセルロースを主洗浄製品に配合した場合、すすぎ中のジエステルクァット柔軟化活性物質(DEEDMAC)の付着が強化され、したがって、柔軟化性能が向上する(摩擦係数KCoFの減少)ことが、明らかに分かる。
Claims (12)
- 第1の布地処理液におけるカチオン性多糖ポリマーとアニオン性非石鹸界面活性剤との組み合わせの使用であって、
別の後続の第2の布地処理液中で布地柔軟化活性物質が布地と接触する際の、前記布地柔軟化活性物質の前記布地への付着を向上させるためのものであり、
前記布地を前記第1の布地処理液と最初に接触させたものであり、
前記布地柔軟化活性物質がジエチルエステルジメチルアンモニウムクロリドであり、
前記カチオン性多糖ポリマーがカチオン性ヒドロキシエチルセルロースである、
使用。 - 前記第1の布地処理液が、0.1ppm〜100ppmの前記カチオン性多糖ポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記第1の布地処理液が、10ppm〜1000ppmの前記非石鹸アニオン性界面活性剤を含み、前記非石鹸アニオン性界面活性剤が、直鎖アルキルベンゼンスルホネートとエトキシル化アルキルサルフェートの比が、1:2〜20:1の混合物を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の使用。
- 前記第1の布地処理液が、0ppm〜200ppmの脂肪アルコールエトキシレート非イオン性界面活性剤を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記第2の布地処理液が、1ppm〜500ppmの前記布地柔軟化活性物質を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記第1の布地処理液が、5ppm〜250ppmの脂肪酸、中和された脂肪酸石鹸、又はこれらの混合物を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記第1の布地処理液、前記第2の布地処理液、又は両方が、1kg〜20kgの前記布地を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記布地が、綿を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記第1の布地処理液、前記第2の布地処理液、又は両方が、自動洗濯機中に存在する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記布地が、前記第1の布地処理液から前記第2の布地処理液に直接移され、前記第1の布地処理液及び前記第2の布地処理液が、自動洗濯機の同じドラム内で別々に形成される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記カチオン性多糖ポリマー及び前記アニオン性非石鹸界面活性剤が、前記第1の布地処理液を生成するために水中で300〜3000倍に希釈される洗濯洗剤組成物中に存在する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記布地柔軟化活性物質が、前記第2の布地処理液を生成するために水中で300〜3000倍に希釈される布地柔軟化組成物中に存在する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
