Claims (3)
- 局所的又は広域的な虚血性発作や循環損傷に苦しむ患者のための処置手順の少なくとも部分のための身体の少なくとも部分の二つの異なった温度ゾーンを確立及び制御するためのシステムであって、前記システムが、
脈管構造の内部を流れる血液に接触するためのSPEC入力流れポート及びSPEC出力流れポートと、
SPECポンプと、
SPEC熱交換器と、を含み、
周辺に配置したループを用いて前記身体に結合される全身的灌流体外回路(SPEC)と、
前記脈管構造の内部を流れる血液に接触するためのLPEC入力流れポート及びLPEC出力流れポートであって、前記LPEC入力流れポートが脳を灌流する目的で左又は右のいずれかの側の総頸動脈又は内頸動脈に位置する、LPEC入力流れポート及びLPEC出力流れポートと、
LPECポンプと、
LPEC熱交換器と、を含み、
血液を流すために脳に先導する脈管構造に結合される局所的灌流体外回路(LPEC)と、
前記SPECによって灌流される前記身体の平均中核身体温度及び/又は平均体系温度を測定するために位置決めされる少なくとも一つのSPEC温度センサと、
前記LPECによって灌流される前記脳の温度を測定するために位置決めされる少なくとも一つのLPEC温度センサと、
動作コンソールであって、
前記SPEC熱交換器を駆動するためのSPECウォータチラー/ヒータと、
前記LPEC熱交換器を駆動するためのLPECウォータチラー/ヒータと、
前記少なくとも一つのSPEC温度センサ及び/又は前記少なくとも一つのLPEC温度センサの少なくとも一つの測定値を記録するための少なくとも一つのセンサインターフェースと、
グラフィックユーザインターフェースと、を含む動作コンソールと、
を含み、
前記グラフィックユーザインターフェースは、少なくとも最小限の動作シーケンスの動作ステップの、少なくとも前記最小限の動作シーケンスの各段階に適切な前記LPEC及びSPECのためのターゲット設定での実施のためにユーザ命令を表示するように構成され、
前記動作コンソールは、前記LPEC及びSPECを制御し、制御手順の実施のための命令を実行して、前記少なくとも一つのLPEC温度センサ及び少なくとも一つのSPEC温度センサの測定値を記録すると共に前記SPEC及びLPECの血液流量及び熱交換器温度をそれぞれ独立して制御し、
前記制御手順は、
前記SPECポンプにより前記SPEC出力流れポートから流れ出す前記血液の前記温度を、前記SPECによって制御させ、前記SPEC温度センサによって報告される温度測定値を調整させ、各段階の中核身体ターゲット範囲の範囲内にとどめさせ、また、
前記LPECによって、前記一つ以上のLPEC温度センサが、前記LPECが動作中である少なくとも前記最小限の動作シーケンスの各段階のためのターゲット領域温度範囲の範囲内の温度測定値を報告するように、前記LPECポンプにより前記LPEC出力流れポートから流れ出す前記血液の前記温度を、前記LPECによって制御させ、
前記最小限の動作シーケンスは、段階1を含み、段階1のSPECターゲット設定は、約32℃から約37℃の間のターゲット中核身体温度範囲内のSPEC温度センサ測定値であり、
前記最小限の動作シーケンスは、段階1の後の段階2を含み、段階2のLPECターゲット設定は、時間間隔を含み、LPEC温度センサ測定値は、約10℃から約32℃の間の局所的ターゲット温度範囲内である、システム。 - 前記SPECのウォータチラー/ヒータ、及び/又は、前記LPECのウォータチラー/ヒータの利用可能なチラー容量は、約10L/minより大きい、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記動作コンソールは、約100ml/min〜約500ml/minの割合で前記LPECのためにポンプ送り可能なポンプを更に含む、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
