Description
Claims (14)
- 注入によって薬剤を送出するためのマイクロポンプであって、
リザーバと、カニューレと、モータと、歯車と、駆動ラックと、
前記リザーバと流体連通している第1の開口部、および、前記カニューレと流体連通している第2の開口部を有する管状のポンプハウジングと、
前記ポンプハウジング内で軸線方向に向けられたドライブピストン、および、フローティングピストンと、を含み、
前記ドライブピストンおよび前記フローティングピストンは、それぞれ、前記ポンプハウジング内の前記ドライブピストンおよびフローティングピストンの第1の軸線方向位置および第2の軸線方向位置で、前記第1の開口部および第2の開口部を塞ぐように位置決めされ、
前記モータは、前記歯車に係合され、前記歯車は、前記フローティングピストンに対して前記ドライブピストンを軸線方向に移動させるように、前記駆動ラックに係合され、前記ドライブピストンを前記フローティングピストンに対して移動させることが、前記ポンプハウジング内にポンプ容量の空間を画定し、
前記ドライブピストンは、前記フローティングピストンに連結され、前記駆動ラックは、前記ポンプハウジングに対して軸線方向に向けられ、前記ドライブピストンを前記ポンプハウジング内で移動させるように前記ドライブピストンに連結され、
前記フローティングピストンにおける第1のフックと、
前記フローティングピストンの前記第1のフックに連結されたドライブピストンの一端部における第2のフックと、
前記ドライブピストンの第1の端部に軸線方向に向き合う前記ドライブピストンの第2の端部における第3のフックと、
前記ドライブピストンにおける前記第3のフックに連結された前記駆動ラックの第4のフックと、
前記第1のフックと前記第2のフックとの間の空隙であって、前記ドライブピストンに対する前記フローティングピストンの画定された軸線方向の移動を可能にする前記第1のフックと前記第2のフックとの間の空隙と、
前記第3のフックと前記第4のフックとの間の空隙であって、前記ドライブピストンに対する前記駆動ラックの画定された軸線方向の移動を可能にする前記第3のフックと前記第4のフックとの間の空隙と、をさらに含むマイクロポンプ。 - 前記ポンプハウジングの内面と摩擦係合され前記フローティングピストンにおける一対の半径方向に位置するOリングシールであって、前記ポンプ容量の空間内の正の圧力および負の圧力による該フローティングピストンの移動を妨げるOリングシールを含む請求項1に記載のマイクロポンプ。
- 注入によって薬剤を送出するためのマイクロポンプであって、
リザーバと、カニューレと、モータと、歯車と、
前記リザーバと流体連通している第1の開口部、および、前記カニューレと流体連通している第2の開口部を有する管状のポンプハウジングと、
前記ポンプハウジングの表面に位置決めされ、前記ポンプハウジングを軸線方向に移動させるように、前記歯車に作動的に接続される駆動ラックと、
前記ポンプハウジング内で軸線方向に向けられるドライブピストンおよびフローティングピストンであって、ドライブピストンおよびフローティングピストンが互いに連結されていないドライブピストンおよびフローティングピストンと、
前記ポンプハウジングの内面と摩擦係合する前記フローティングピストンにおけるラジアルシールと、を含み、
前記ドライブピストンは、固定され、
前記ドライブピストンおよび前記フローティングピストンは、前記ポンプハウジング内において前記ドライブピストンおよびフローティングピストンの異なる軸線方向の位置で、前記第1の開口部および前記第2の開口部を塞ぐように位置決めされ、
前記フローティングピストンを、前記ポンプハウジングの内面と前記ラジアルシールとの間の摩擦により前記ポンプハウジングと一緒に前記ドライブピストンに対して離れる方向に移動させることは、前記ポンプハウジング内において前記フローティングピストンおよび前記ドライブピストン相互間に、ポンプ容量の空間を画定することであるマイクロポンプ。 - 前記ポンプハウジングはクレードルに受け入れられ、前記ドライブピストンは、固定位置を維持する前記クレードルにおける第1のキーイングリブに取り付けられる請求項3に記載のマイクロポンプ。
- 前記フローティングピストンの溝が、スロットの長さが前記フローティングピストンの移動の自由度を決定するように、クレードルの第2のキーイングリブに受け入れられる請求項3に記載のマイクロポンプ。
- 注入によって薬剤を送出するためのマイクロポンプであって、
リザーバと、カニューレと、モータと、歯車と、
前記リザーバと流体連通している第1の開口部、および、前記カニューレと流体連通している第2の開口部を有する管状ポンプハウジングと、
前記歯車に作動的に接続された駆動ラックと、
前記ポンプハウジング内のドライブピストンと、
前記ドライブピストンと軸線方向に同心とされ、該ドライブピストンに連結されたフローティングピストンと、
前記ポンプハウジングの内面と摩擦係合している前記フローティングピストンにおける少なくとも1つのラジアルシールと、前記ポンプハウジングの内面と摩擦係合している前記ドライブピストンにおける少なくとも1つのラジアルシールと、含み、
前記モータは、前記歯車に係合され、該歯車は、前記駆動ラックに係合され、該駆動ラックは、前記ドライブピストンおよび前記フローティングピストンを前記ポンプハウジング内で軸線方向に移動させるように、前記ドライブピストンに係合され、
前記ドライブピストンを前記フローティングピストンに対して移動させることが、前記ポンプハウジング内にポンプ容量の空間を画定し、
前記フローティングピストンは、前記第1の開口部を塞ぎ、前記ドライブピストンは、前記ポンプハウジング内において前記ドライブピストンおよびフローティングピストンにおける異なる軸線方向の位置で前記第2の開口部を塞ぎ、
前記ドライブピストンは、前記フローティングピストンを軸線方向に駆動し、
前記フローティングピストンの第1のフックと、
前記フローティングピストンの前記第1のフックに連結される前記ドライブピストンの一端部の第2のフックと、
前記ドライブピストンの前記第1の端部に軸線方向に向かい合う前記ドライブピストンの第2の端部の第3のフックと、
前記ドライブピストンの前記第3のフックに連結される前記駆動ラックの第4のフックと、
前記第1のフックと前記第2のフックとの間の空隙であって、前記ドライブピストンに対する前記フローティングピストンにおける画定された軸線方向の移動を可能にする空隙と、
前記第3のフックと前記第4のフックとの間の空隙であって、前記ドライブピストンに対する前記駆動ラックにおける画定された軸線方向の移動を可能にする空隙と、
をさらに含むマイクロポンプ。 - 前記駆動ラックが前記ポンプハウジングに向けて完全に延び、前記ポンプハウジングから完全に後退された場合、前記歯車に作動的に伝えるトラベルリミットセンサを含む請求項6に記載のマイクロポンプ。
- 注入によって薬剤を送出するためのマイクロポンプであって、
リザーバと、カニューレと、モータと、歯車と、駆動ラックと、
前記リザーバと流体連通している第1の開口部、および、前記カニューレと流体連通している第2の開口部を有する管状ポンプハウジングと、
前記駆動ラックに連結され、前記管状のポンプハウジング内に軸線方向に配置されるフローティングピストン内に受け入れられるドライブピストンであって、前記フローティングピストン内の穴に受け入れられ、前記穴と前記ドライブピストンとの間にポンプ容量の空間を画定する部分を有する前記ドライブピストンと、
前記穴、および、前記フローティングピストンの外面に対し開口する前記フローティングピストンの貫通孔とを含み、
前記貫通孔は、第1の位置で前記第1の開口部を介し前記リザーバから前記ポンプ容量の空間に通じ、第2の位置で前記第2の開口部を介し前記ポンプ容量の空間から前記カニューレに通じるように位置決めされるマイクロポンプ。 - 前記フローティングピストンの中にスロットを介し受け入れられ、前記ドライブピストンに受け入れられる連結ピンをさらに含み、
前記フローティングピストンの前記スロットは、軸線方向に細長く、前記フローティングピストンの穴内の前記ドライブピストンの軸線方向の移動の限度を画定する向かい合う軸線方向の両端部を有している請求項8に記載のマイクロポンプ。 - 前記フローティングピストンの前記穴の内面と摩擦係合する前記ドライブピストンにおけるラジアルシールと、
前記管状のポンプハウジングの内面と摩擦係合している前記フローティングピストンにおける2対の半径方向に位置決めされるシールと、
をさらに含む請求項8に記載のマイクロポンプ。 - 前記駆動ラックおよび前記ドライブピストンが、1つの要素に一体化され、互いに対し動かない請求項8に記載のマイクロポンプ。
- 前記駆動ラックと前記ドライブピストンが1つの要素に一体化され、互いに対し動かず、前記フローティングピストンは、細長い開口を備え、該開口を介し前記歯車により前記駆動ラックに接続可能である請求項8に記載のマイクロポンプ。
- 前記駆動ラックは、前記ドライブピストンの第2のフックに係合する前記駆動ラックの第1のフックによって前記ドライブピストンに連結され、
前記第1のフックと前記第2のフックとの間の空隙が、前記駆動ラックが前記ドライブピストンに係合する前、前記ドライブピストンに対する前記駆動ラックの軸線方向の移動を可能にする請求項8に記載のマイクロポンプ。 - 前記ドライブピストンは、ポンプサイクル全体を通して、前記フローティングピストンの穴に完全に受け入れられる請求項8に記載のマイクロポンプ。
