Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.

[Structure of planting container]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating an example of the entire configuration of a planting container according to the present embodiment.

The planting container 1 shown in FIG. 1 includes a water supply unit 10 for supplying water to plants, a container main body 20 in which the plants are implanted, and a receiving tray 30 for draining water from the container main body 20.

The water supply unit 10 is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped box-shaped water storage tank 11 having an open upper surface, and through a through hole 11 a formed in a corner on both sides of the water storage tank 11 to communicate the water storage tank 11 with the outside to form a ring. A water supply pipe 12 which is a hollow pipe disposed in the water storage tank 11 and a porous body 13 provided in a communication portion between the water storage tank 11 and the water supply pipe 12 in the water storage tank 11.

The water storage tank 11 is made of, for example, plastic. The water supply pipe 12 is made of, for example, soft vinyl chloride. The porous body 13 is, for example, a sponge.

The diameter of the annular portion of the water supply pipe 12 is shorter than the diameter of the upper opening of the container body 20. Specifically, the length is such that the water supply pipe 12 can be arranged on the outer periphery of the surface of the soil when soil such as humus is put in the container body 20. On the lower side of the water supply pipe 12, a large number of small-diameter through holes 12a are formed at predetermined intervals. When water is injected into the upper opening of the water storage tank 11, the water is drip-irrigated into the ground from the outer peripheral side through these through holes 12a.

The porous body 13 is provided in order to prevent dust or the like in the water storage tank 11 from flowing into the water supply pipe 12 and causing the through-hole 12a to be clogged.

The container main body 20 has a bucket-shaped main body 21, a sheet-like heat insulating material 22 adhered over the entire inner surface and the bottom surface of the main body 21, and a height of, for example, about 4.5 to 5 cm from the bottom of the main body 21. , A hollow tube 24 disposed between the mounting table 23 and the bottom surface at substantially the center (including the center) of the mounting table 23 (mounting plate 23 a), and the main body 21. A drain pipe 25 arranged to communicate between the inside and the outside of the main body 21 through a through hole 21a formed on the side surface of the main body 21 at a position slightly higher than the bottom surface. And a drainage pipe 25 and a porous body 26 provided at a portion where the drainage pipe 25 communicates. Note that, of the internal space of the main body 21, a space between the mounting table 23 and the bottom surface is particularly referred to as a space S.

The main body 21 is, for example, a commonly used bucket type made of plastic. The heat insulating material 22 is a sheet-like member formed of, for example, two layers of an aluminum layer having a light-shielding property and a foam layer having a heat insulating property. The surface on the foam layer side is attached to the inner surface of the main body 21. The mounting table 23 has a mounting plate 23a made of, for example, a high-rigidity plastic in which a number of rectangular holes are provided at regular intervals in the vertical and horizontal directions (details will be described later with reference to FIG. 2). The tube 24 is made of, for example, hard vinyl chloride. The drain pipe 25 is made of, for example, soft vinyl chloride. The porous body 26 is, for example, a sponge.

A handle 21b for transportation is attached to the main body 21, and the planting container 1 can be easily carried by gripping the handle 21b. The heat insulating material 22 is provided with an environment close to the ground, that is, an environment suitable for plant roots, that is, a light shielding property and a heat insulating property by using a sheet-like member including the aluminum layer and the foam layer as the material. Environment can be created. The mounting table 23 and the tube 24 will be described later with reference to FIG. The drain pipe 25 will be described later with reference to FIGS.

The porous body 26 prevents soil and the like accumulated on the bottom surface of the main body 21 from flowing into the drain pipe 25 and suppresses heat conduction and air from flowing into the main body 21 from the outside. Is provided.

The receiving tray 30 is a rectangular parallelepiped housing that is provided below the tip of the drain pipe 25 and that has an open top surface, and is made of, for example, plastic.

As described above, the planting container 1 according to the present embodiment includes the water supply unit 10, the container body 20, and the tray 30. In particular, since the main body part 21 which is one component of the container main body 20 is of a generally used bucket type, the whole planting container 1 has a simple configuration.

[Configuration of mounting table and tube]
FIG. 2 is a diagram for explaining the mounting table and the tube according to the present embodiment. In the following description, the same components as those described above are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the repeated description will be omitted as appropriate.

As shown in FIG. 2, the mounting table 23 has a mounting plate 23a, a net 23b, and legs 23c.

As described above, the mounting plate 23a is a substantially circular (including circular) plate-like member made of, for example, high-rigidity plastic having a large number of rectangular holes provided at regular intervals in the vertical and horizontal directions. The diameter of the mounting plate 23a is preferably about the same as the inner diameter of the main body 21 at the position where the mounting plate 23a is provided. The mesh body 23b is a fine mesh fiber net or the like, and is disposed so as to cover the entire upper surface of the mounting plate 23a. The leg portion 23c is a vertically long metal or the like member attached vertically downward at a predetermined interval on the outer periphery of the mounting plate 23a.

Above the mounting table 23, soil such as humus and a plant to be cultivated are planted. In addition, since the mounting plate 23a and the mesh member 23b are formed of a material having a small gap as described above, the mounting plate 23a and the mesh member 23b can be moved from above to the lower space S via the mounting plate 23a and the mesh member 23b. The substance is water only in principle, the soil and plant roots cannot move.

On the other hand, the tube 24 is a hollow tube disposed between the mounting table 23 and the bottom at substantially the center of the mounting table 23 as described above. The upper end of the tube 24 is disposed so as to fit into a hole formed substantially at the center of the mounting plate 23a. When soil, such as humus, is put from above the mounting table 23, the inside of the pipe body 24 is filled with the soil. A plurality of vertical notches 24a are formed at predetermined intervals on the lower outer peripheral surface of the tube 24, and water accumulated in the space S is removed from the plurality of notches 24a into the inside of the tube 24. And irrigates the bottom of the tube 24 to rise inside the tube 24.

As described above, in the planting container 1 according to the present embodiment, the mounting table 23 is provided as a base for mounting soil and the like inside the container body 20, and the tube 24 is connected to the mounting table 23. It is provided to irrigate the water accumulated in the space S between the bottom surface and the bottom surface. Note that a plurality of such tubes 24 may be provided between the mounting table 23 and the bottom surface.

The mounting table 23 and the tube 24 are detachable from the main body 21. Therefore, the planting container 1 can be easily realized only by attaching the separate members (the mounting table 23 and the tube 24) to the generally used bucket-shaped main body 21. When the mounting table 23 and the tube 24 are collectively referred to, they are also referred to as planting bucket insoles.

As described above with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, in the planting container 1 according to the present embodiment, when water is injected into the upper opening of the water storage tank 11, the water passes through these through holes 12 a. Then, while being drip-irrigated into the ground from the outer peripheral side, the water collected in the space S enters the soil inside the central tube 24 and is irrigated on the bottom surface, and rises inside the tube 24.

Therefore, according to the present planting container 1, the flow of water going vertically downward on the outer peripheral side of the container and the flow of water going vertically upward at the center of the container can be simultaneously realized. This is an environment close to supplying water to native plants. Therefore, it is possible to realize a healthy rhizosphere environment by minimizing stress and the like to be applied to the roots of the plant.

[Configuration of drainage pipe]
FIG. 3 is a diagram for explaining the drain pipe according to the present embodiment. FIG. 4 is a longitudinal sectional view around the drain pipe of the container body according to the present embodiment.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the drain pipe 25 is horizontally disposed at a position slightly higher than the bottom surface of the main body 21 so as to communicate the inside and the outside of the main body 21 through the through hole 21 a. It has a straight tubular fixed tube 25a and a U-shaped movable tube 25b one end of which is rotatably inserted and connected to the fixed tube 25a and the other end of which is open.

The height h1 of the uppermost point of the movable tube 25b in the vertical direction can be adjusted by manually rotating the movable tube 25b around the fixed tube 25a (in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 3). When water is accumulated in the space S in the main body 21 (see FIG. 4), the movable pipe 25b is moved so that the height h1 of the uppermost point of the movable pipe 25b is lower than the water level of the water in the space S. Rotate. Then, the water in the space S is discharged to the outside through the drain pipe 25. Thus, the water level in the space S can be appropriately adjusted to a desired water level h1 by a simple operation of rotating the movable tube 25b. In other words, in the space S, water accumulates only up to the height h1 of the uppermost point of the movable pipe 25b.

[Modification of drainage pipe]
FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating a modified example of the drain pipe according to the present embodiment. FIG. 6 is a longitudinal sectional view around a drain pipe of a container body according to a modification.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the drain pipe 25 </ b> A connects the inside and the outside of the main body 21 with a through hole 21 c formed in a side surface of the main body 21 at a position slightly lower than the mounting plate 23 a. It is a straight pipe body arranged to communicate.

According to the drain pipe 25A described above, when the water level in the space S becomes higher than the height h2 of the drain pipe 25A, the water in the space S is discharged to the outside through the drain pipe 25A. You. Thereby, the water level in the space S can be adjusted to a desired water level H2. In other words, water accumulates only in the space S up to the height h2 of the drain pipe 25A.

As described above, one embodiment of the present invention has been described.
