Description
以下に、出願当初の特許請求の範囲に記載の事項を、そのまま、付記しておく。
[1]電極装置の平面(4)と、流体が集まり対向電極として機能する被処理表面との間に誘電体バリア・プラズマ放電を形成するための電極装置であって、コネクタにより高電圧源と接続可能な前記コネクタ以外の平面誘電体(2)に完全に内蔵された平面電極(14)を含み、前記誘電体(2)が上面部(1)と、前記被処理表面に向く平面である下面部(4)を形成し、前記平面電極(14)がその全面に渡り配された複数の貫通孔(15)を有し、前記誘電体(2)が前記貫通孔(15)の領域においても前記平面電極(14)を完全に覆うように、前記誘電体(2)が、前記平面電極(14)の前記貫通孔(15)と直線をなし前記平面電極(14)の前記貫通孔(15)より小さい寸法を有し前記下面部(4)より前記上面部(1)まで延びている複数の貫通孔(3)を有することを特徴とする、電極装置。
[2]前記誘電体(2)の前記下面部(4)が複数の突出部(11)を有し、前記複数の突出部(11)は前記被処理表面上に載っている場合に空間(12)の高さを規定することを特徴とする、[1]に記載の電極装置。
[3]前記複数の貫通孔(3)が前記複数の突出部(11)の間に配置されることを特徴とする、[1]又は[2]に記載の電極装置。
[4]前記誘電体(2)が流込成型可能なプラスチックからなることを特徴とする、[1]〜[3]の何れか一項に記載の電極装置。
[5]接続装置(18)と接続し、ここにおいて、前記誘電体(2)から露出された前記電極(14)のコネクタが、前記コネクタを締め付けて絶縁的に被さり嵌まる前記接続装置(18)と接続していることを特徴とする、[1]〜[4]の何れか一項に記載の電極装置。
[6]前記接続装置(18)が締め付け状態と初期状態を有し、前記締め付け状態では、高電圧接点(29)が前記電極(14)のコネクタを前負荷によって押圧し、前記初期状態では、前記高電圧接点(29)が前記初期状態より前記締め付け状態へ移行する際に移動可能な絶縁部(30)に覆われることを特徴とする、[5]に記載の電極装置。
[7]一方が開放したスリット開口(22)を有する筺体(19)が前記接続装置(18)に含まれ、前記高電圧接点(29)を前記電極(14)の前記コネクタに押圧するための締付装置(24)が前記筺体(19)内に収納されていることを特徴とする、[5]又は[6]に記載の電極装置。
[8]前記高電圧接点(29)は締め付け状態で前記誘電体(2)の対応する凹部(7)に係合する円筒状のものであり、前記凹部(7)が前記電極(14)の平面状のコネクタ部(8)まで伸びていることを特徴とする、[6]又は[7]に記載の電極装置。
[9]前記誘電体(2)の前記下面部(4)が創傷被覆材により覆われていることを特徴とする、[1]〜[8]の何れか一項に記載の電極装置。
[10]前記創傷被覆材が、ケア材料又は治療材料から製造された開放細孔を有する固体マトリックスからなる層から形成されていることを特徴とする、[9]に記載の電極装置。
Claims (10)
- 電極装置の平面と、流体が集まり対向電極として機能する被処理表面との間に誘電体バリア・プラズマ放電を形成するための電極装置であって、該電極装置は、コネクタにより高電圧源と接続可能な前記コネクタ以外の平面誘電体(2)に完全に内蔵された平面電極(14)を含み、
前記平面誘電体(2)が上面部(1)と、前記被処理表面に向く平面である下面部(4)を形成する電極装置において、
前記平面電極(14)が、その全面に渡り配された複数の貫通孔(15)を有し、
前記平面誘電体(2)が、前記平面電極(14)の前記複数の貫通孔(15)と整列する貫通孔(3)であって、前記複数の貫通孔(15)より小さい寸法を有し、前記下面部(4)より前記上面部(1)まで延びている複数の貫通孔(3)を備えており、
前記平面誘電体(2)が、前記平面電極(14)の前記貫通孔(15)の領域においても前記平面電極(14)を完全に覆うようになっていることを特徴とする、電極装置。 - 前記平面誘電体(2)の前記下面部(4)が複数の突出部(11)を有し、前記複数の突出部(11)は前記被処理表面上に載っている場合に空間(12)の高さを規定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極装置。
- 前記平面誘電体(2)の前記複数の貫通孔(3)が前記複数の突出部(11)の間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の電極装置。
- 前記平面誘電体(2)が流込成型可能なプラスチックからなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の電極装置。
- ロッカースイッチ(24)を有する接続装置(18)と接続される電極装置であって、前記平面誘電体(2)から露出された前記平面電極(14)の前記コネクタが前記接続装置(18)と接続され、前記接続装置(18)は、締め付け、絶縁する仕方で、前記コネクタに被さり嵌まることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の電極装置。
- 前記接続装置(18)が締め付け状態と初期状態を有し、前記締め付け状態では、高電圧接点(29)が、前記ロッカースイッチ(24)の作動表面(25)を押圧することにより前記平面電極(14)のコネクタを押圧し、前記初期状態では、前記高電圧接点(29)が前記初期状態より前記締め付け状態へ移行する際に移動可能な絶縁部(30)に覆われることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電極装置。
- 一方が開放したスリット開口(22)を有する筺体(19)が前記接続装置(18)に含まれ、高電圧接点(29)を前記平面電極(14)の前記コネクタに押圧するための締付装置(24)が前記筺体(19)内に収納されていることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の電極装置。
- 前記高電圧接点(29)は締め付け状態で前記平面誘電体(2)の対応する凹部(7)に係合する円筒状のものであり、前記凹部(7)が前記平面電極(14)の平面状のコネクタ部(8)まで伸びていることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の電極装置。
- 前記平面誘電体(2)の前記下面部(4)が創傷被覆材により覆われていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の電極装置。
- 前記創傷被覆材が、ケア材料又は治療材料から製造された開放細孔を有する固体マトリックスからなる層から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電極装置。
