Abstract
Description
・上記金属材料部分において電界強度が高くなる箇所での放電
・金属材料部分に過電流が流れることによる金属材料の発熱・昇華
・RFIDタグの基材の発熱
等によってRFIDタグ又はRFIDタグが貼付された商品部分が発火するおそれがある。特に、コンビニエンスストアに設置されている電子レンジは3kW程度の大出力の電磁波が庫内に放射されて、加熱開始直後にRFIDタグが一気に加熱されるので、条件が揃えば上記発火のおそれも高いといえる。
図1(A)は、第1の実施形態に係るRFIDタグ101の平面図であり、図1(B)はアンテナパターンの一部が切断された後の状態を示すRFIDタグ101の平面図である。
第2の実施形態では、アンテナパターン及び高損失部材の形状が第1の実施形態で示した例とは異なるRFIDタグについて示す。
第3の実施形態では、第2の実施形態とは高損失部材の形状及び形成位置が異なるRFIDタグの例について示す。

Claims (4)
- 通信信号を送受信するための無線通信デバイスであって、
基材と、
前記基材の面に沿って形成されたアンテナパターンと、
前記アンテナパターン又は前記アンテナパターンに直列接続する導体パターンに近接配置され、前記通信信号の周波数より高い、電磁波加熱用マイクロ波の周波数における損失が前記アンテナパターン及び前記基材に比べて高い高損失部材と、
を備えた無線通信デバイス。 - 前記高損失部材は、前記アンテナパターンの一部に接して配置される、
請求項1に記載の無線通信デバイス。 - 前記高損失部材は、前記アンテナパターン又は前記導体パターンが切断されることにより、電磁波加熱用マイクロ波の周波数での前記アンテナパターンの共振が維持されない、当該切断位置に配置される、
請求項2に記載の無線通信デバイス。 - 前記高損失部材はチップフェライトビーズのフェライトであり、前記導体パターンは前記チップフェライトビーズに設けられた導体パターンである、
請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の無線通信デバイス。
