Abstract
Description
・上記金属材料部分において電界強度が高くなる箇所での放電
・金属材料部分に過電流が流れることによる金属材料の発熱・昇華
・RFIDタグの基材の発熱
等によってRFIDタグ又はRFIDタグが貼付された商品部分が発火するおそれがある。特に、コンビニエンスストアに設置されている電子レンジは3kW程度の大出力の電磁波が庫内に放射されるので、加熱開始直後にRFIDタグが一気に加熱されるので、条件が揃えば上記発火のおそれも高いといえる。
図1(A)は、第1の実施形態に係るRFIDタグ101の平面図であり、図1(B)はアンテナパターンの一部が破断した後の状態を示すRFIDタグ101の平面図である。

一方、基材1として用いる樹脂は、次のように、膨張部材19に比べていずれも線膨張係数が小さい

ここで、基材1の線膨張係数をE1、アンテナパターン2A,2Bの線膨張係数をE2、膨張部材19の線膨張係数をE19、でそれぞれ表すと、E2<E19の関係である。E19がE2の2倍以上の大きさであると、引っ張り応力をより効果的に大きくすることができる。また、アンテナパターン2A,2Bに対する引っ張り応力を効果的に大きくするために、E2<E1であることが好ましい。さらに、膨張部材19を設ける意義を考慮すると、おのずとE1<E19であることが好ましい。
第2の実施形態では、アンテナパターン及び膨張部材の形状が第1の実施形態で示した例とは異なるRFIDタグについて示す。
第3の実施形態では、第2の実施形態とは膨張部材の形状及び形成位置が異なるRFIDタグの例について示す。

Claims (4)
- 通信信号を送受信するための無線通信デバイスであって、
基材と、
前記基材の面に沿って形成されたアンテナパターンと、
前記アンテナパターンの一部に近接配置され、前記アンテナパターン及び前記基材より線膨張係数の高い膨張部材と、
を備え、
前記膨張部材は、電磁波加熱用マイクロ波を受けて発熱することによって膨張し、当該膨張によって前記アンテナパターンを破断させ、
前記膨張部材は、前記アンテナパターンが破断することにより、前記アンテナパターンの長さが短縮化されて、前記電磁波加熱用マイクロ波の周波数での前記アンテナパターンの共振が維持されない、当該破断位置に配置された、
無線通信デバイス。 - 前記膨張部材は前記アンテナパターンの複数箇所にそれぞれ接して配置されている、
請求項1に記載の無線通信デバイス。 - 前記アンテナパターンは前記基材に接し、
前記基材は前記アンテナパターンより線膨張係数が高い、
