Description
コーティングの対象となる素材としては冷延鋼板を使用し、コーティング材料としてはステンレス鋼粉末を使用した。粉末の平均粒度(D50)は5μmであり、粒子サイズは1〜10μmの範囲で正規分布を有するようにした。
鋼板の素材及びコーティング条件は上記1.の実験と同一に設定し、特に、表1の実施例4と同一の温度条件とした。但し、粉末の平均粒度は5μmとし、コーティング厚さが約25μmとなるように試験片を製作した。

Claims (14)
- 第1金属粉末を常温以上軟化点未満の温度で加熱する段階と、
気体を200〜600℃の温度で加熱する段階と、
加熱された金属粉末を加熱された気体とともに真空噴射することで、多孔性の第1金属コーティング層を形成する段階と、
前記第1金属コーティング層を成す粉末の間隙に第2金属めっき層を形成する段階と、を含み、
前記第1金属コーティング層を成す第1金属と前記第2金属めっき層を成す第2金属は互いに異なる種類である、鋼板の金属コーティング方法。 - 前記第1金属は、銅(Cu)、アルミニウム(Al)、亜鉛(Zn)、鉄(Fe)、ニッケル(Ni)、クロム(Cr)、モリブデン(Mo)、チタン(Ti)、コバルト(Co)、マンガン(Mn)、タングステン(W)、ジルコニウム(Zr)、及びスズ(Sn)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つ以上の金属を含む、請求項1に記載の鋼板の金属コーティング方法。
- 前記第1金属粉末は、平均粒度が1〜20μmである、請求項1又は2に記載の鋼板の金属コーティング方法。
- 前記気体は、窒素(N2)、ヘリウム(He)、及び空気からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つ以上の気体である、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の鋼板の金属コーティング方法。
- 前記真空噴射は0.01〜20Torrの圧力で行う、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の鋼板の金属コーティング方法。
- 前記真空噴射は10〜200℃の温度で行う、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の鋼板の金属コーティング方法。
- 前記第2金属は、亜鉛(Zn)、ニッケル(Ni)、スズ(Sn)、銅(Cu)、及びクロム(Cr)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つ以上の金属を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の鋼板の金属コーティング方法。
- 前記第2金属めっき層を形成する段階は、電気めっき法または無電解めっき法により行う、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の鋼板の金属コーティング方法。
- 前記第2金属めっき層を研磨する段階をさらに含む、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の鋼板の金属コーティング方法。
- 前記第2金属めっき層を形成する段階の後に、200〜1000℃の温度で熱処理する段階をさらに含む、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の鋼板の金属コーティング方法。
- 鋼板と、
前記鋼板の少なくとも一面に第1金属粉末を用いて形成された多孔性の第1金属コーティング層と、
前記第1金属コーティング層を成す金属粉末の間隙に形成された第2金属めっき層とを含み、
前記第1金属コーティング層を成す第1金属と前記第2金属めっき層を成す第2金属は互いに異なる種類であって、
前記第1金属は、鉄(Fe)、ニッケル(Ni)、クロム(Cr)、モリブデン(Mo)、チタン(Ti)、及びマンガン(Mn)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つ以上の金属を含み、
前記第2金属は、亜鉛(Zn)、ニッケル(Ni)、銅(Cu)、及びクロム(Cr)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つ以上の金属を含み、
前記第2金属めっき層は、前記第1金属コーティング層が形成された後、前記第1金属コーティング層を成す金属粉末の間隙に形成される、金属コーティング鋼板。 - 前記第2金属めっき層は、前記第1金属コーティング層の表層部及び前記第1金属コーティング層の気孔に形成される、請求項11に記載の金属コーティング鋼板。
- 前記鋼板と前記第1金属コーティング層との界面には凹凸構造部が形成される、請求項11又は12に記載の金属コーティング鋼板。
- 前記第1金属粉末は、平均粒度が1〜20μmである、請求項11から13のいずれか1項に記載の金属コーティング鋼板。
