Claims (8)
- 高分子素材と発泡剤との混合物をチャンバー空間内に置いて、所定の形状を有するモールド物品にモールド成形する、異なる寸法や異なる密度の発泡セルを含む高分子発泡体のモールド加工方法であって、前記発泡剤が超臨界流体であり、
前記チャンバー空間に前記混合物を満たすまで、前記チャンバーの全体空間の形状を前記モールド物品の形状と異なる注型形状にするとともに、前記チャンバー空間に前記混合物を満たした後、前記チャンバーの全体空間の形状が前記モールド物品形状のモールド形状と同じになるように前記チャンバーの部分の形状を変更させ、
前記チャンバーの部分の形状変更による該部分の容積の変化で、収容した前記混合物にかかる表面力を変更させる高分子発泡体のモールド加工方法。 - 前記チャンバーの部分の形状変更により部分の容積が増加する請求項1に記載の高分子発泡体のモールド加工方法。
- 前記チャンバーの部分の形状変更により部分の容積が減少する請求項1に記載の高分子発泡体のモールド加工方法。
- 前記チャンバーの少なくとも2つの部分の形状が変更する請求項1に記載の高分子発泡体のモールド加工方法。
- 前記複数の部分の形状の変更により部分の容積がそれぞれ減少・増加する請求項4に記載の高分子発泡体のモールド加工方法。
- 金型を使用して実施する高分子発泡体のモールド加工方法であって、
前記金型は、
第1の型当り面を有する第1のダイ本体と、
前記第1のダイ本体上に重ね接続され、前記第1の型当り面に対向する第2の型当り面を有し、前記チャンバーを前記第1の型当り面と前記第2の型当り面との間に介在させる第2のダイ本体と、
前記第1のダイ本体中に摺動して設けられ、注型位置とモールド位置との間に往復変位できる基体と、前記基体の一側に位置し、前記チャンバーのチャンバー壁の一部分を構成する調整端面とを含み、前記基体が前記モールド位置の場合に、前記チャンバーの空間の形状を前記モールド形状にさせ、前記基体が前記注型位置の場合に、前記チャンバーの空間の形状を前記注型形状にさせる可動部を備える請求項1に記載の高分子発泡体のモールド加工方法。 - 前記基体が前記モールド位置から前記注型位置へ移動する場合に、前記調整端面を前記第1の型当り面から前記第2の型当り面に近接する方向へ移動させる請求項6に記載の高分子発泡体のモールド加工方法。
- 前記基体が前記モールド位置から前記注型位置へ移動する場合に、前記調整端面を前記第1の型当り面から前記第2の型当り面より離間する方向へ移動させる請求項7に記載の高分子発泡体のモールド加工方法。
