Description

センサと接続された周波数監視装置を備え、
周波数監視装置が、センサの入力に印加される交流(AC)電圧のソース周波数を監視し、センサの出力周波数を監視し、出力周波数とソース周波数とを比較し、および出力周波数がソース周波数と異なる場合に故障を検出するように構成されている機器。
チャネルのそれぞれの有効性を、
チャネルのためのセンサの入力に印加される交流(AC)電圧のソース周波数を監視するステップ、
チャネルのためのセンサの出力周波数を監視するステップ、
出力周波数とソース周波数とを比較するステップ、および
出力周波数がセンサのソース周波数と異なる場合にチャネルが故障していると判定するステップ
によって判定するステップと
を含む方法。
各センサが、周波数監視装置、各センサの入力に印加される交流(AC)電圧のソース周波数、各センサの出力と接続された変調器と関連付けられ、
周波数監視装置が、センサに印加されるソース周波数およびセンサの出力周波数を監視し、出力周波数とソース周波数とを比較して、センサが故障していることを示す差が存在するか否かを判定することによって、各センサの有効性を判定するように構成されている機器。

Claims (10)
- 4線式の可変差動トランス型センサを有するシステムの故障を検出する方法であって、
前記センサの入力に印加される交流(AC)電圧のソース周波数を監視するステップと、
前記センサの出力周波数を監視するステップと、
前記出力周波数と前記ソース周波数とを比較するステップと、
前記出力周波数が前記ソース周波数と異なる場合に故障を検出するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記センサが、4線式の線形可変差動トランス(LVDT)型センサを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記センサが、4線式の回転可変差動トランス(RVDT)型センサを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記故障が前記センサにある、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記故障が、前記センサへの/からの配線にある、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記故障が、前記センサにAC電圧を供給する構成要素にある、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 4線式の可変差動トランス型センサを有するシステムの故障を検出するように構成された機器であって、
前記センサと接続された周波数監視装置を備え、
前記周波数監視装置が、前記センサの入力に印加される交流(AC)電圧のソース周波数を監視し、前記センサの出力周波数を監視し、前記出力周波数と前記ソース周波数とを比較し、および前記出力周波数が前記ソース周波数と異なる場合に故障を検出するように構成されている機器。 - 前記センサが、4線式の線形可変差動トランス(LVDT)型センサを備える、請求項7に記載の機器。
- 前記センサが、4線式の回転可変差動トランス(RVDT)型センサを備える、請求項7に記載の機器。
- 前記故障が前記センサにあるか、前記故障が前記センサへの/からの配線にあるか、または前記故障が前記センサにAC電圧を供給する構成要素にある、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の機器。
