Claims (13)
- リニアアクチュエータであって、第1および第2のアンギュラコンタクトボールベアリング(33a、33b)によって構造体(26)に対して回転するように案内されるローラスクリュー機構(24)を含み、前記ローラスクリュー機構(24)が、エンドレススクリュー(25)と、回転式におよび自由に並進するように相互に結合された第1および第2のねじ立てされたリング(29a、29b)との間に置かれたローラ(28)を含むリニアアクチュエータにおいて、
前記第1および第2のねじ立てされたリング(29a、29b)が、前記第1および第2のアンギュラコンタクトボールベアリング(33a、33b)の各内側リングに固定されること、および
前記リニアアクチュエータが、前記第1および第2のアンギュラコンタクトボールベアリング(33a、33b)の2つの外側リング(32a、32b)間にそれぞれ負荷を適用できる1つの予圧付与装置(36、52)を含み、それにより、前記ローラスクリュー機構(24)の第1および第2のねじ立てされたリング(29a、29b)に負荷をかけること、および前記構造体(26)に対する前記ローラスクリュー機構(24)の回転案内を同時に可能にすること
を特徴とするリニアアクチュエータ。 - 前記ねじ立てされたリング(29a、29b)が、前記2つのボールベアリング(33a、33b)の前記内側リングを構成する、請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
- 前記ねじ立てされたリング(29a、29b)が、互いにキー(30)によって接続される、請求項2に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
- 前記ねじ立てされたリング(29a、29b)が、互いに金属ベローズ(70)によって接続される、請求項2に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
- 互いに接触される前記外側リング(32a、32b)間に負荷を適用できる固体予圧付与装置(36)を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
- その前記予圧付与装置(36)が、ベアリング表面(34)と、弾性リング(35)であって、互いに接触する前記2つの外側リング(32a、32b)を締め付け且つ前記弾性リング(35)に負荷を適用するように構成された一組の締付ねじ(36)を含む弾性リング(35)とを含む、請求項5に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
- 互いに離れた前記2つの外側リング(51a、51b)間に負荷を適用できる弾性予圧付与装置(52)を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
- その前記構造体が第1および第2の半殻部(50a、50b)を含み、それらはそれぞれ前記第1および第2の外側リング(51a、51b)に固定され、およびその前記予圧付与装置(52)が、前記2つの外側リング(51a、51b)をより近づける傾向のある負荷を適用するように構成され、回転案内が「DF」構造で取り付けられた前記2つのボールベアリング(33a、33b)によって提供される、請求項7に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
- その前記構造体が第1および第2の半殻部(50c、50d)を含み、それらはそれぞれ前記第1および第2の外側リング(51c、51d)に固定され、およびその前記予圧付与装置(62)が、前記2つの外側リング(51c、51d)を引き離す傾向のある負荷を適用するように構成され、回転案内が「DB」構造で取り付けられた前記2つのボールベアリング(33c、33d)によって提供される、請求項7に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
- 前記エンドレススクリュー(25)および前記構造体(26)が、回転式におよび自由に並進するように接続される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
- 前記エンドレススクリュー(25)および前記構造体(26)が、キーまたは金属ベローズ(27)によって接続される、請求項10に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
- 前記構造体(26)に対して、前記ローラスクリュー機構(24)の前記ねじ立てされたリング(29a、29b)の回転を駆動できる回転モータ(31)を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
- 前記ローラ(28)が、前記エンドレススクリュー(25)および前記ねじ立てされたリング(29a、29b)と接触する円形の溝を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
