Description
特表2009−506871号公報に記載された測定装置のように加圧カフで加圧を行う方法では、創傷部に対して加圧カフを取り付けることは、被検者に痛みを強いることなり、これが過度な場合には測定の実施が困難である。また、創傷部以外の部位に加圧カフで圧力を加える場合であっても、被検者に対して圧迫による痛みを強いる場合があり、好ましいものではない。また、血管に石灰化があると、加圧によっては血流を止めることができない場合がある。
Claims (7)
- 被検者における被検部位の皮膚灌流圧を測定する測定装置であって、
前記被検部位の血流を測定する測定器と、
前記被検部位の高さを検出する検出部と、
前記被検部位の高さが変更されている状態で前記測定器によって測定された前記被検部位の血流の変化と、前記検出部によって検出された前記被検部位の高さとに基づいて前記被検部位の皮膚灌流圧を求める処理部と、
を備え、
前記検出部は、前記被検者の心臓の位置を基準とする前記被検部位の高さを検出し、
前記処理部は、前記被検部位が相対的に心臓より上方に移動されたことに応じて前記被検部位の血流が停止したとき、又は、血流が停止した状態から前記被検部位が相対的に心臓に近づくことに応じて前記被検部位の血流が再開したとき、の前記被検部位の高さを前記検出部から得て、前記被検者の心臓の位置を基準とする前記被検部位の高さを血圧に換算した値に基づいて、前記被検部位の皮膚灌流圧を求めることを特徴とする測定装置。 - 前記被検部位と心臓の相対的な高さを変更する変更機構を更に備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定装置。 - 前記測定器は、前記被検者の被検部位の複数個所の血流を測定し、
前記処理部は、前記測定器によって測定された前記被検部位の複数個所の血流の変化に基づいて前記被検部位の皮膚灌流圧分布を示す画像を生成する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の測定装置。 - 前記被検部位の高さが変更されているときに前記測定器と前記被検部位との相対位置を維持するように前記測定器を保持する保持部を更に備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の測定装置。 - 前記保持部は、前記測定器の測定可能領域に前記被検部位が入るように前記測定器の姿勢を変更する姿勢変更機構を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の測定装置。 - 前記被検部位を固定する固定部を更に備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の測定装置。 - 前記固定部は、前記固定部を通して前記測定器が前記被検部位の血流を測定することができるように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の測定装置。
