生体適合性材料の前記複数の層に、前記層のそれぞれが前記上面から前記底面まで延びる複数の孔を有し、前記層のそれぞれの前記上面における前記複数の孔の第1の孔模様は前記層のそれぞれの前記底面の第2の孔模様と異なっているように、複数の孔を作り出すステップと、
少なくとも3つの隣接する前記層の隣接する前記表面が、前記少なくとも3つの層の前記複数の孔を相互接続し、前記少なくとも3つの隣接する前記層にわたって連続的な孔隙を形成するように整列する実質的に同一の孔模様を有するように、前記複数の層を一緒に結合するステップと、を含む、方法。
Claims (22)
- 医療用移植片用の3次元骨格であって、前記骨格は互いに結合される複数の層を備え、および各前記層は上面および底面を有し、前記層のそれぞれは前記上面から前記底面まで延びる複数の孔を有し、各前記層は、前記上面における前記複数の孔の第1の孔模様と、前記底面における異なる第2の孔模様と、を有し、少なくとも3つの隣接する前記層の隣接する前記上面および前記底面は、前記少なくとも3つの隣接する層の前記複数の孔を相互接続し、および前記少なくとも3つの隣接する前記層にわたって連続的な孔隙を形成するように整列する、同一の孔模様を有し、

- 前記少なくとも1つの遷移点は、2つの遷移点である、請求項1に記載の骨格。
- 前記複数の層のそれぞれの前記厚さは、0.000254cm(0.0001インチ)から25.4cm(10インチ)の間の範囲にある、請求項4に記載の骨格。
- 前記複数の層の異なる前記孔は、複数の異なる形状を有する、請求項1に記載の骨格。

- 前記補剛層の前記反対面は、第1の表面および第2の表面を含み、前記補剛層の前記第1の表面および前記第2の表面のそれぞれは、複数の表面孔を含み、前記補剛層は、前記補剛層の前記第1の表面から前記補剛層の前記第2の表面まで通る流れを防止するように、前記反対面の前記表面孔の間に硬い領域を含む、請求項17に記載の医療用移植片。

少なくとも3つの隣接する前記層の隣接する前記上面および前記底面が、前記少なくとも3つの層の前記複数の孔を相互接続し、前記少なくとも3つの隣接する前記層にわたって連続的な孔隙を形成するように整列する同一の孔模様を有するように、前記複数の層を一緒に結合するステップと、を含み、
