Claims (5)
- 液化ガスを加熱して気化させる液化ガス用気化器であって、
熱媒が補充可能に収容される熱媒容器と、継ぎ目無しの直管により構成され、上記熱媒容器の内部を貫通するとともに当該熱媒容器に支持される伝熱管と、を備え、
上記伝熱管は、液化ガス供給端部と、当該液化ガス供給端部よりも高位置にある気化ガス排出端部と、を有し、水平位置から傾斜する状態で設置される、気化ユニットと、
熱媒を供給するための熱媒供給管と、
液化ガスを供給するための液化ガス供給管と、を備え、
上記気化ユニットは、上記熱媒供給管および上記液化ガス供給管に対応する位置に複数並列して配置されており、
上記各熱媒容器は、本体部と、この本体部よりも伸縮する伸縮部と、を有し、
上記熱媒供給管と上記各熱媒容器の低位置側端寄りの部分とが熱媒用分岐路を介して連通しており、
上記液化ガス供給管と上記各伝熱管の低位置側の上記液化ガス供給端部とが液化ガス用分岐路を介して連通しており、
上記各伝熱管内に気化すべき液化ガスを連続的に流して気化させるようにした、液化ガス用気化器。 - 上記伝熱管の傾斜角度は、5度〜20度の範囲である、請求項1に記載の液化ガス用気化器。
- 上記伝熱管の上記気化ガス排出端部には、絞り機構が設けられている、請求項1または2に記載の液化ガス用気化器。
- 上記絞り機構を構成する絞り部が、上記伝熱管の中心部から上方に偏倚する位置にある、請求項3に記載の液化ガス用気化器。
- 横置き型の液化ガス貯槽と、当該液化ガス貯槽の下方に設けられた、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の液化ガス用気化器と、を備え、
上記液化ガス貯槽から抜き出された液化ガスが上記伝熱管の低位置側にある上記液化ガス供給端部から導入される、液化ガス用気化システム。
