Description
また、本発明に係るタイヤ加硫機の断熱構造は、充分な断熱性を有し、かつ、強度にも優れたものとなっている。
また、本発明に係る生タイヤの加硫方法は、充分な断熱性を有し、かつ、強度にも優れた方法となっている。
図1は、本発明を適用した断熱板の構造の一例を示す概略図(a)及び概略図(b)である。なお、以下に示す構造は本発明の一例であり、本発明の内容はこれに限定されるものではない。
また、本発明のタイヤ加硫機の断熱構造は、充分な断熱性を有し、かつ、強度にも優れたものとなっている。
また、本発明の生タイヤの加硫方法は、充分な断熱性を有し、かつ、強度にも優れた方法となっている。

Claims (7)
- 生タイヤを型締めして加硫成形するコンテナを挟んで蒸気を供給するプラテンと該プラテンの外側に配置され同コンテナ及び同プラテンを締め付け可能なプレートと、の間に位置し、複数の開口部が形成されたベース部と、
該ベース部の前記開口部の少なくとも一部に対応する位置に設けられ、前記プラテン及び前記プレートと当接し、同ベース部よりも大きな熱伝導率を有する補強部材とを備え、
前記補強部材は複数設けられ、前記ベース部の中心を起点に均一に配置された
断熱板。 - 前記ベース部の熱伝導率は、0.05W/(m・K)以下である
請求項1の断熱板。 - 前記補強部材の熱伝導率は、0.1W/(m・K)より大きな値である
請求項1または請求項2に記載の断熱板。 - 複数の前記補強部材は同一の厚みを有する
請求項1、請求項2または請求項3に記載の断熱板。 - 前記ベース部及び前記補強部材の間に弾性を有する隙間埋め材が配置された
請求項1、請求項2、請求項3または請求項4に記載の断熱板。 - 内部で生タイヤを型締めして加硫成形するコンテナと、
該コンテナを上下から挟持して蒸気を供給する一対のプラテンと、
該プラテンの外側に配置され、前記コンテナ及び同プラテンを締め付け可能な一対のプレートと、
前記コンテナ及び前記プレートとの間に位置し、複数の開口部が形成されたベース部と、該ベース部の前記開口部の少なくとも一部に対応する位置に設けられ、前記プラテン及び前記プレートと当接し、同ベース部よりも大きな熱伝導率を有する補強部材とを有する断熱板とを備え、
前記補強部材は複数設けられ、前記ベース部の中心を起点に均一に配置された
タイヤ加硫機の断熱構造。 - タイヤ加硫機のコンテナのモールド部で生タイヤを型締めして加硫成形する際に、コンテナとプレートとの間に、複数の開口部が形成されたベース部と、該ベース部の前記開口部の少なくとも一部に対応する位置に設けられ、前記プラテン及び前記プレートと当接し、同ベース部よりも大きな熱伝導率を有する補強部材とを有する断熱板を配置して断熱する工程を備え、
前記補強部材は複数設けられ、前記ベース部の中心を起点に均一に配置された
生タイヤの加硫方法。
