Claims (4)
- 電極体と、
前記電極体を収容したケース本体と、
前記ケース本体の一側面に取り付けられた蓋と、
前記蓋に絶縁体を介在させて取り付けられた電極端子と、
規制部材と
を備え、
前記蓋は、蓋と同一部材からなり、且つ周りの蓋の厚みよりも薄肉であり、蓋と一体的に成形された反転部を有しており、
前記反転部は、
当該反転部が設けられる領域の中心に向けて延びた周縁部と、
前記周縁部の内縁から、当該反転部が設けられる領域の中心に向かうにつれて前記ケース本体の内方へ向けて窪んだ凹部と
を有し、
前記規制部材は、絶縁体からなり、前記周縁部の外側面に対向配置されており、
前記規制部材と周縁部との間には、予め定められた間隙よりも狭い間隙を有し、
前記電極端子の一部は、前記反転部の前記凹部が前記ケース本体の内方へ向けて窪んでいるときには前記凹部に当たらないが、ケース本体の外方に向けて凸状に反転したときには前記凹部に当たる位置に、延びている、
二次電池。 - 前記間隙は、前記反転部が反転する前の周縁部に対し、前記反転部が反転した後の周縁部の変位が、前記周縁部が前記蓋に繋がった基端を起点として10度未満になるように、設定されている、請求項1に記載された二次電池。
- 前記間隙は、0.2mm未満に設定されている、請求項1または2に記載された二次電池。
- 前記反転部の周縁部は、凹部よりも厚い、請求項1から3までの何れか一項に記載された二次電池。
