Description

以下は、特定の実施形態と合わせて記載されるものであるが、この記述は、説明することを意図するものであり、先の記述および添付の特許請求の範囲の範囲を限定することを意図するものではないことは理解される。
Claims (9)
- 造形物(20)を成形するための方法であって、
ヒドロキシ酸化金属バインダー前駆体(24)を、ヒドロキシ酸化金属バインダー前駆体の溶液(30)として提供する工程、
メタロチタネート、メタロゲルマネート、ピラー化粘土、および/または金属ホスホネートを含有する一次イオン交換組成物(22)を、前記ヒドロキシ酸化金属バインダー前駆体の溶液と混合する工程、
前記ヒドロキシ酸化金属バインダー前駆体の溶液をニオブ修飾充填剤またはアンチモン修飾充填剤から選択される活性修飾充填剤と混合する工程、
前記ヒドロキシ酸化金属バインダー前駆体を、ヒドロキシ酸化金属バインダーに変換する工程、及び
前記一次イオン交換組成物、前記ヒドロキシ酸化金属バインダー、および前記活性修飾充填剤から造形物を成形する工程、
を含む、方法。 - 前記ヒドロキシ酸化金属バインダー前駆体の溶液を前記活性修飾充填剤と混合することが、さらにゼオライトと混合することを含み、ここで、前記造形物はさらに前記ゼオライトを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ヒドロキシ酸化金属バインダー前駆体の溶液を前記活性修飾充填剤と混合することが、さらに不活性充填剤と混合することを含み、ここで、前記造形物はさらに前記不活性充填剤を含み、前記不活性充填剤はジルコニウムの酸化物、チタンの酸化物、またはその混合物を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ニオブ修飾充填剤は、ニオブ修飾酸化ジルコニウムまたはニオブ修飾酸化チタンを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ヒドロキシ酸化金属バインダー前駆体の溶液を前記活性修飾充填剤と混合することが、さらに二次イオン交換組成物と混合することを含み、ここで、前記造形物はさらに前記二次イオン交換組成物を含み、前記二次イオン交換組成物はゼオライト4A、チャバザイト型ゼオライト、またはチャバザイト‐エロナイト型ゼオライトを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ヒドロキシ酸化金属バインダー前駆体が、塩基性前駆体溶液中の塩基性前駆体である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記造形物を成形することが、前記造形物の総重量に基づいて、2重量%から50重量%の一次イオン交換組成物含有量を有する前記造形物を成形することを含み、前記造形物を成形することが、前記造形物の総重量に基づいて、10重量%から50重量%のヒドロキシ酸化金属バインダー含有量を有する前記造形物を成形することを含み、及び/または、前記造形物を成形することが、前記造形物の総重量に基づいて、10重量%から50重量%の活性修飾充填剤含有量を有する前記造形物を成形することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 一次イオン交換組成物(22)、ヒドロキシ酸化金属バインダー、及び活性修飾充填剤を含む造形物(20)であって、
前記造形物の総重量に基づいて、2重量%から50重量%の一次イオン交換組成物含有量を有し、
前記一次イオン交換組成物は、メタロチタネート、メタロゲルマネート、ピラー化粘土、および/または金属ホスホネートを含有し、
前記活性修飾充填剤は、ニオブ修飾充填剤またはアンチモン修飾充填剤から選択される、
造形物(20)。 - 前記ヒドロキシ酸化金属バインダー前駆体は、アンチモン修飾ヒドロキシ酸化金属バインダー前駆体及び/またはニオブ修飾ヒドロキシ酸化金属バインダー前駆体を含む活性修飾ヒドロキシ酸化金属バインダー前駆体を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
