Claims (15)
- 光輝性ラベルを用いて製品(1)にラベリングする方法であって、前記ラベルが、通常の光条件下では透明であるがUV照明下ではフォトルミネセンスによって出現する光輝性部分(10)を有し、前記ラベルがさらに、通常の光条件下でもUV照明下でも透明である非光輝性部分(9)を有する方法であって、
前記方法が、
前記製品の上に積層体を堆積させることを含み、前記積層体が、厚みが1ミクロン未満のAlN合金で形成された第一の材料、および厚みが10nm未満のGaN合金で形成された第二の材料が連続して交互に並ぶ層(3、4)を有して、二つの材料の間の境界面に量子ナノ構造をもたらすものであり、
前記非光輝性部分の中へイオンを組み込むこと、または透明材料(6)を堆積させることを含んでいる方法。 - 前記積層体が100個以下の数の積み重ね(3、4)の連続する層を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記層(3、4)が、スパッタリングや原子層堆積、分子線エピタキシー法、有機金属気相成長法の中の方法のうちの一つによって成長する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第二の材料の前記層(3)が、50%未満のインジウム、アルミニウム、ヒ素および/またはリンを含有するGaN合金を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第二の材料の前記層(3)が、希土類元素の存在を10%以下の含有量で含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記量子ナノ構造が、第二の材料の前記層(3)内に作り出され、量子ドットを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第一の材料の前記層(4)が、ドーパント元素として20%未満のマグネシウム、シリコン、リチウム、ベリリウム、カドミウムおよび/または亜鉛を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記イオンが、拡散技術または注入技術によって積層体内に組み込まれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記透明材料(6)が、選択的に除去された光輝性部分(5)の補充に堆積される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 各製品についてただ一つだけのパターンを作り出すために一度限りのマスクの利用を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記UV照明および/またはUV光が、400nm以下のUV波長を有している、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 光輝性パターン(11)を有する製品(1)であって、
前記パターンが、
通常の光条件下では透明であるがUV照明下ではフォトルミネセンスによって出現する光輝性部分(10)を有し、前記光輝性部分(10)が、厚みが1ミクロン以下のAlN合金で形成された第一の材料の層(4)と厚みが10nm以下のGaN合金で形成された第二の材料の層(3)とを交互に有し、二つの材料の間の境界面に量子ナノ構造を含む積層体を有するものであり、
通常の光条件下でもUV照明下でも透明である非光輝性部分(9)を有し、前記非光輝性部分が、透明性を高めるための追加の透明材料(6)またはイオンを含むものである製品。 - 前記イオンが、酸素、窒素、水素、ヘリウム、ネオン、アルゴン、マグネシウム、リチウム、ベリリウム、ホウ素、リン、アルミニウム、亜鉛、ヒ素、ガリウム、シリコン、カドミウム、および/または光輝性積層体の性能を低下させることができ積層体の中へ非輻射再結合中心欠陥を作り出すことができるあらゆる種類の元素を含んでいる、請求項12に記載の製品。
- 前記透明材料(6)が、前記積層体の屈折率に実質的に等しい屈折率を有している、請求項12に記載の製品。
- 前記製品(1)が透明である、請求項12に記載の製品。
