Description
Claims (5)
- 加圧された作動流体源に応じて積荷に対してクランプ力を適用可能な少なくとも第1及び第2の連続的に伸張可能な段階を有するタイプの少なくとも1つの積荷クランピング流体圧シリンダを含む流体圧積荷クランピング及び積荷リフティングシステムであって、
前記第1段階は、前記第2段階の第2の流体圧受領域より大きな第1の流体圧受領域を有し、
前記第1段階は、前記第1の流体圧受領域に加えられた前記積荷の重量を支える流体圧に依存して自動可変に、前記積荷に対し第1クランプ力をかけることができ、
前記第2段階は、自動的に前記積荷の寸法に応じて前記積荷に前記第1クランプ力より小さい第2クランプ力をかけることができるシステム。 - 前記第2段階が、前記第1段階の最大伸張に応答して前記第2クランプ力をかけることができる請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記積荷の前記重量を支える前記流体圧に応答して前記積荷を持ち上げる積荷リフティング流体圧シリンダを更に含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記積荷リフティング流体圧シリンダが、少なくとも2つの連続的に伸張可能な段階を有するタイプである請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記積荷クランピング流体圧シリンダが材料ハンドリングリフトトラックに操作可能に搭載され、前記積荷クランピング流体圧シリンダの長さが前記材料ハンドリングリフトトラックから全般的に前方に延びている請求項1に記載のシステム。
