Claims (10)
- 再構築手術において使用される場合、人間の乳房埋め込み物又は乳房組織の1つ又は組み合わせを支持するためのメッシュ器具であって、
前記メッシュ器具は、
周囲縁部によって定義される形状の表面領域を有し、且つ前記周囲縁部内に中央部分を有するメッシュ構造を形成し、外側表面を有する複数の交差したフィラメントと、
前記中央部分で前記複数の交差したフィラメントを横切って切断する際に、前記複数の交差したフィラメントが解けることを防止するための織られた又は編まれた構造と、
前記メッシュ構造の周囲縁部に平行に走り、前記メッシュ構造の上に位置付けられ、且つ前記メッシュ構造の表面領域の複数の縮小部分を定義する一連の同心の切断線と、を備え、
前記一連の同心の切断線は、前記メッシュ構造のサイズを患者に合わせるように、前記周囲縁部を切断するための目標を提供し、
前記メッシュ構造は、手術で人間の乳房に隣接して位置決めされる場合、人間の乳房組織又は乳房埋め込み物の湾曲した部分と調和し、且つ前記湾曲した部分を支持するように、前記中央部分が湾曲した半球カップ状又は円錐状の三次元形状に形成され、それによって、患者の身体に埋め込まれた前記メッシュ構造は、前記乳房組織又は乳房埋め込み物のための前記中央部分が湾曲したカップ状の三次元形状の支持体を提供することを特徴とするメッシュ器具。 - 前記複数の縮小部分を定義する前記一連の同心の切断線と、前記一連の同心の切断線によって定義される前記複数の縮小部分の中で、前記外側縁部に最も近い第1の部分と、前記一連の同心の切断線によって定義される前記複数の縮小部分の中で、前記外側縁部から最も離れた最小の部分と、を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のメッシュ器具。
- 手術で人間の乳房に隣接して位置付けされる場合、人間の乳房の組織又は乳房埋め込み物の湾曲した部分と調和し、且つ支持するために、前記中央部分の湾曲で形成される前記メッシュ構造を更に備え、患者の身体に埋め込まれた前記メッシュ構造は、前記乳房組織または乳房埋め込み物のための湾曲支持を提供することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のメッシュ器具。
- 前記複数の交差したフィラメント上の共有結合的に結合されたチタン表面被膜を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のメッシュ器具。
- 15〜75nmの厚さを有し、前記複数のフィラメント上の共有結合的に結合されたチタン表面被膜を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のメッシュ器具。
- 15〜75nmの厚さを有し、前記複数のフィラメント上の共有結合的に結合されたチタン表面被膜を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のメッシュ器具。
- 前記メッシュ構造上に位置付けされ、患者への埋め込み中に前記メッシュ構造の方位を表示するために利用可能な垂直表示マーク及び水平表示マークを更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のメッシュ器具。
- 前記メッシュ構造上に位置付けされ、患者への埋め込み中に前記メッシュ構造の方位を表示するために利用可能な垂直表示マーク及び水平表示マークと、前記複数の交差したフィラメントと前記メッシュ器具に接触して設置される身体組織との間に生体適合性界面を形成する表面被膜とを更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のメッシュ器具。
- 前記メッシュ構造上に位置付けされ、患者への埋め込みの間に前記メッシュ構造の方位を表示するために利用可能な垂直表示マーク及び水平表示マークを更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のメッシュ器具。
- 前記メッシュ構造上に位置付けされ、患者への埋め込みの間に前記メッシュ構造の方位を表示するために利用可能な垂直表示マーク及び水平表示マークを更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のメッシュ器具。
