Claims (3)
- 超音波の送受波を行う複数の振動子からなる振動子アレイと、
前記振動子アレイの下方に配置され、前記振動子アレイに電気的に接続された電子回路と、
前記振動子アレイと前記電子回路との間に設けられ、前記振動子アレイから下方へ伝搬してきた超音波を遮断する遮音特性を有し、導電性であって前記振動子アレイと電気的に接続される超音波分離層と、
前記超音波分離層と前記電子回路との間に設けられ、前記電子回路において生じた熱の上方への伝搬を制限する断熱特性を有し、前記断熱特性を発揮する組成又は構造を持った断熱材料と、前記断熱材料を通過する複数のリードからなるリードアレイとを含む熱分離層と、
を備え、
前記振動子アレイと前記電子回路とが、前記超音波分離層及び前記リードアレイを介して電気的に接続され、
前記振動子アレイと前記超音波分離層との間には、各振動子が有する第1音響インピーダンスよりも高い第2音響インピーダンスを有するハードバッキング層が設けられ、
前記超音波分離層は、前記第1音響インピーダンスよりも低い第3音響インピーダンスを有する、
ことを特徴とする超音波プローブ。 - 前記断熱材料は、多孔質樹脂で形成される、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の超音波プローブ。 - 前記ハードバッキング層は、前記複数の振動子に対応する複数のハードバッキング要素からなり、
前記超音波分離層は、前記複数の振動子に対応する複数の超音波分離要素からなり、
少なくとも前記振動子アレイ、前記ハードバッキング層及び前記超音波分離層を含む積層部分において、複数の音響分離溝によって相互に音響的に隔てられた複数の積層体が構成された、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の超音波プローブ。
