Claims (11)
- エネルギービーム(16)によって固化することができる造形材料(15)の層を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射及び固化することによって3次元の物体(14)を付加製造する装置(13)であって、ビーム生成ユニットによって生成される前記エネルギービーム(16)の経路速度を測定するように構成された測定ユニット(1)を備える装置において、前記測定ユニット(1)が、所定の距離(5)をあけて少なくとも2つの測定位置(3、4)内にそれぞれ配置された測定手段(9、10)を備え、前記少なくとも2つの測定位置(3,4)が、造形平面(20)内の固定位置に配置されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記測定位置(3、4)は、前記装置(13)の造形板(2)内に配置されるか、又は前記測定位置(3、4)は、前記装置(13)内に挿入可能な構造要素内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記測定手段(9、10)は、前記エネルギービーム(16)又は別のエネルギービームによる照射の際に測定信号を生成するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記測定手段(9、10)は、前記エネルギービーム(16)の波長又は別のエネルギービームの波長の放射を感知できる少なくとも1つのセンサとして構築されるか、又はそれを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つの測定位置(3、4)内の前記少なくとも2つの測定手段(9、10)を照射する前記エネルギービーム(16)による少なくとも2つの信号の生成間の時間又は時間差を判定し、前記少なくとも2つの測定位置(3、4)間の前記エネルギービーム(16)の経路(6)及び前記判定された時間に基づいて、前記エネルギービーム(16)の前記対応する経路速度を判定するように構成された測定ユニット(1)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記造形板(2)又は前記構造要素は、前記測定位置(3、4)内に配置された少なくとも2つの受け取り室(7、8)を備え、前記受け取り室(7、8)は、前記測定手段(9、10)を受け入れるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記造形平面(20)にわたって分散させた複数の測定手段(9、10)及び/又は測定位置(3、4)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの測定手段(9、10)と前記ビーム生成ユニットとの間に配置されるフィルタユニット(12)を有し、前記フィルタユニット(12)は、前記エネルギービーム(16)を所定の程度まで弱めるように、且つ/又は前記エネルギービーム(16)とは異なる波長を有する放射をフィルタリングするように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の装置向けの測定ユニット(1)であって、所定の距離(5)をあけて測定位置(3、4)内に配置可能であり又は配置されている少なくとも2つの測定手段(9、10)を備える測定ユニット。
- エネルギービーム(16)によって固化することができる造形材料(15)の層を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射及び固化することによって3次元の物体(14)を付加製造する少なくとも1つの装置(13)を動作させる方法であって、前記エネルギービーム(16)の経路速度は、前記エネルギービーム(16)が第1の測定位置(3、4)から少なくとも1つの第2の測定位置(3、4)まで所定の距離(5)を進むために必要とする時間の測定を通じて判定され、前記第1の測定位置および前記第2の測定位置が、造形平面(20)内の固定位置に配置されている、方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の装置(13)上で実行されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
