Claims (7)
- 鋼板の移動経路上に備えられる本体ユニットと、
前記本体ユニットに備えられ、前記鋼板の表面上に色を与えるべく、前記鋼板の幅方向に対する線状レーザーにより前記鋼板の表面にレーザーを照射する照射ユニットと、を含み、
前記照射ユニットは、前記本体ユニットに結合する照射支持部と、前記照射支持部に複数個が並んで備えられ、レーザーを放射するポイント照射部と、レーザーが放射される複数個の前記ポイント照射部の端部と連結されるように備えられる線状レンズ部と、を含み、
前記照射支持部は、複数個の前記ポイント照射部が線状に配置されるように備えられ、前記鋼板の幅に対応して位置調整されるようにする線部材と、前記本体ユニットに結合するモーターと、を含み、
前記線部材は、モーターの回転軸に連結され、回動により位置を調整することを特徴とする鋼板彩色装置。 - 前記線部材は、前記鋼板の幅方向に対する中央部分が、前記モーターの回転軸に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋼板彩色装置。
- 前記線部材は、複数個が提供され、前記鋼板の幅に対応して広がるように備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋼板彩色装置。
- 鋼板の移動経路上に備えられる本体ユニットと、
前記本体ユニットに備えられ、前記鋼板の表面上に色を与えるべく、前記鋼板の幅方向に対する線状レーザーにより前記鋼板の表面にレーザーを照射する照射ユニットと、を含み、
前記照射ユニットは、
前記本体ユニットに結合する照射支持部と、
前記照射支持部に複数個が並んで備えられ、レーザーを放射するポイント照射部と、
レーザーが放射される複数個の前記ポイント照射部の端部と連結されるように備えられる線状レンズ部と、を含み、
前記照射支持部は、
複数個の前記ポイント照射部が線状に配置されるように備えられ、前記鋼板の幅に対応して位置調整されるようにする線部材と、
前記本体ユニットに結合する駆動シリンダと、
前記線部材の上端部又は下端部から突出するように形成され、前記本体ユニットに形成されたガイド溝にスライドして挟まるガイドタブと、をさらに含み、
前記線部材は、複数個が提供され、それぞれが複数個の前記駆動シリンダの一端部に連結されて、直線移動により位置を調整することを特徴とする鋼板彩色装置。 - 前記照射ユニットは、前記鋼板の上面側の前記本体ユニットの上部部材及び前記鋼板の下面側の前記本体ユニットの下部部材のうち少なくとも一つに備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋼板彩色装置。
- 前記照射ユニットは、前記ポイント照射部と電気的に連結され、複数個の前記ポイント照射部から照射されるレーザーのエネルギー密度を個別に調節する照射制御部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋼板彩色装置。
- 前記本体ユニットは、
ベース部材と、
前記ベース部材に結合し、前記鋼板の移動をガイドするよう、前記鋼板の側端部に接触するように備えられるガイドローラと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋼板彩色装置。
