Description
Claims (14)
- ディーゼル機関のための排気ガス後処理のための装置であり、前記装置は、細長い排気マニホールドを含み、前記排気マニホールドが複数の入口を含み、前記入口は前記ディーゼル機関の排気ガスを受けるための前記細長い排気マニホールドの長手方向に沿って分配され、及び細長い触媒コンバータ容器を含み、これは前記排気マニホールドに接続され、前記触媒コンバータ容器に複数の触媒コンバータ要素が設けられ、及び1以上の出口を有し、前記排気マニホールド及び前記触媒コンバータ容器がお互いに平行に配置され、及び前記長手方向にそれぞれ伸びる少なくとも1つの隔壁によりお互いから区切られており;及び前記排気マニホールドは前記触媒コンバータ容器に、前記隔壁に設けられる1以上のポートを介して接続され、作動中に前記排気ガスをそれぞれの出口へ前記触媒コンバータ要素を通じて導き、それぞれの入口及び/又は周辺に配置された1以上の開口部が、前記排気マニホールドの入口スタブ内に、還元剤を供給し及びそれを前記排気ガス内に混合するために設けられ、及び前記それぞれの入口スタブは前記出口側で拡張され、及び/又は拡散装置が前記出口側のそれぞれの入口スタブで形成され、前記それぞれの入口スタブが作動中に前記還元剤の吐出ポンプとして作用し、排気ガスフローから前記触媒コンバータ要素を分離するように、追加のバルブが前記隔壁の1以上の前記ポートに設けられ、前記バルブを開けることにより、前記排気ガスがどの前記触媒コンバータ要素に入ることなく前記出口に直接案内される、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であり、前記排気マニホールド及び前記触媒コンバータ容器がそれぞれのケース内でパイプ形状及び/又は円筒形状である、装置。
- 請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載の装置であり、前記排気マニホールド及び前記触媒コンバータ容器が、それぞれの平坦部の領域でお互いに隣接し、及び隔壁がこの領域に設けられる、装置。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の装置であり、前記排気ガスが、前記触媒コンバータ容器の前記長手方向を通じて流通可能な、装置。
- 請求項3に記載の装置であり、前記1以上の出口に対応する各バルブが前記出口の前記領域で前記排気マニホールドを直接前記1以上の出口に接続するために設けられる、装置。
- 請求項5に記載の装置であり、前記バルブがフラップバルブとして形成され、及び前記それぞれの出口が前記フラップバルブが設けられる領域に前記触媒コンバータ容器の長手辺に形成される場合には、前記フラップバルブの回転の軸が、前記触媒コンバータ容器の前記長手方向に沿って設けられ、又は前記それぞれの出口が前記フラップバルブが設けられる領域に前記触媒コンバータ容器の端部面に形成される場合には、前記フラップバルブの回転の軸が、前記触媒コンバータ容器の前記長手方向に横切るように設けられる、装置。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載される装置であり、還元剤を注入するためのそれぞれのノズルは、前記排気マニホールドの入口スタブに設けられる、装置。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の装置であり、少なくとも1つの混合パイプを含み、前記混合パイプが、それぞれ前記排気マニホールドからポートを通って前記触媒コンバータ容器内へ伸び、及び還元剤を注入するための1以上のノズルがそれぞれ、前記混合パイプ内に設けられる、
装置。 - 請求項7又は8に記載の装置であり、さらにガス状アンモニアを生成するための外部反応装置又は蒸発装置を含み、還元剤注入のために前記ノズルへ接続され、又は還元剤として前記排気ガスへ気体状アンモニアを混合するために前記入口、又は前記それぞれの入口スタブ内の周辺上に分布される1以上の開口部へ接続される、装置。
- ディーゼル機関であり、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載される装置を含む、ディーゼル機関。
- 請求項10に記載のディーゼル機関であり、さらに1以上の排気ガスターボチャージャを含み、前記装置が、前記ディーゼル機関の出口バルブと前記排気ガスターボチャージャとの間に設けられる、ディーゼル機関。
- ディーゼル機関のための排気ガス後処理のための方法であり、細長い排気マニホールドを含む装置を含み、長手方向に沿って分布される複数の入口を含み、細長い触媒コンバータ容器を含み、これは前記排気マニホールドに接続され、前記触媒コンバータ容器に複数の触媒コンバータ要素が設けられ、1以上の出口を含み、前記ディーゼル機関が作動中に排気ガスを生成し、前記排気ガスが前記排気マニホールドにより前記入口を介して受けられ、前記排気マニホールド及び前記触媒コンバータ容器が1つのアセンブリに組み込まれ、前記排気マニホールドと前記触媒コンバータ容器とがお互いに平行に配置され、前記長手方向へそれぞれ伸びる少なくとも1つの隔壁によりお互いに区切られ;及び前記排気ガスが、前記隔壁内に設けられる1以上のポートを介して前記触媒コンバータ容器内へ、及び前記触媒コンバータ要素を通って前記それぞれの出口へ導かれ、排気ガスフローから前記触媒コンバータ要素を分離するように、追加のバルブが前記隔壁の1以上の前記ポートに設けられる、方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法であり、出口バルブが開かれると還元剤が、連続的に前記排気マニホールド内へ導入されて前記排気ガスに混合され、前記排気ガスが前記触媒コンバータ容器を通過し、又は前記出口バルブが閉じられると還元剤が、連続的に前記排気マニホールド内へ導入される、方法。
- 請求項12又は13に記載の方法であり、それぞれ前記排気マニホールドから前記ポートを通って前記触媒コンバータ容器内へ伸びる少なくとも1つの混合パイプであって、還元剤を注入するための1以上のノズルがそれぞれ、前記混合パイプ内に設けられる少なくとも1つの混合パイプ内の前記排気ガスへ、還元剤が連続的に供給される、方法。
