Description
Claims (15)
- 第1キャビティを有する第1ボディーと、
前記第1ボディーと面接触しながら配置される第2ボディーと、
前記第1ボディーと垂直方向に少なくとも一部が重なり、前記第2ボディーの表面に配置された複数個の突出部とを含み、
前記複数個の突出部は、第1突出部及び第2突出部を含み、
前記第1突出部は、前記第2突出部よりも前記第1ボディーに近接し、
前記第1突出部の表面に複数個のパターンが配置され、
前記複数個のパターンは、第1傾斜部及び第2傾斜部を含み、
前記第1傾斜部は、前記第2傾斜部よりも前記第1ボディーに近接し、
前記第2傾斜部は、入射する光を全反射し、
前記第1突出部はN個のパターンからなり、第nパターンの前記第1ボディーの底面からの高さは第n−1パターンの前記第1ボディーの底面からの高さよりも高く、前記第2突出部の前記第1ボディーの底面からの高さは、第Nパターンの前記第1ボディーの底面からの高さよりも低く、第N−1パターンの前記第1ボディーの底面からの高さよりも高く、ここで、前記nは、2以上N以下の整数である、レンズ。 - 第m+1パターンと第mパターンとの接点の高さは、前記第mパターンと第m−1パターンとの接点の高さよりも高く、前記mは、2以上N−1以下の整数である、請求項1に記載のレンズ。
- 前記第2突出部と前記第1突出部との接点の高さは、前記第1パターンと前記第2パターンとの接点の高さよりも低い、請求項1又は2に記載のレンズ。
- 第nパターンにおける前記第1傾斜部と前記第2傾斜部の境界線の距離は第n−1パターンにおける前記第1傾斜部と前記第2傾斜部の境界線の距離よりも長く、ここで、前記nは、2以上N以下の整数である、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のレンズ。
- 第kパターンにおける前記第2傾斜部は、前記第1ボディーの底面に対して80度(°)〜100度(°)に配置され、ここで、前記kは、1以上N以下の整数である、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のレンズ。
- 第1パターンにおける前記第1傾斜部乃至第Nパターンにおける前記第1傾斜部は、互いに平行である、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のレンズ。
- 前記第1キャビティは、曲面及び第1傾斜面を含み、
前記第1傾斜面は、前記曲面よりも前記複数個の突出部に近接する、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のレンズ。 - 前記曲面は、少なくとも1つの不連続線を含む、請求項7に記載のレンズ。
- 前記複数個の突出部のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記第1キャビティの前記第1傾斜面と上下方向に重なって配置される、請求項7又は8に記載のレンズ。
- 前記第2突出部は、第3傾斜部及び第4傾斜部を含み、
前記第3傾斜部は、前記第4傾斜部よりも前記第1ボディーに近接し、
前記第4傾斜部は、入射する光を全反射する、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載のレンズ。 - 前記第1傾斜部及び前記第3傾斜部は、それぞれ前記第1ボディーの底面と既設定の角度をなし、前記既設定の角度は、40度以上70度以下である、請求項10に記載のレンズ。
- 前記第4傾斜部は前記第2傾斜部と平行である、請求項10又は11に記載のレンズ。
- 前記第2ボディーに形成された第2キャビティをさらに含む、請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載のレンズ。
- 前記第2キャビティは、第2傾斜面及び第3傾斜面を含み、
前記第2傾斜面は、前記第3傾斜面よりも前記第1ボディーに近接する、請求項13に記載のレンズ。 - 請求項1乃至14のいずれかに記載のレンズと、
前記レンズの前記第1キャビティに少なくとも一部が挿入されて配置される発光素子パッケージとを含み、
前記発光素子パッケージはCOB(chip on board)型である、発光素子モジュール。
