Description
Claims (7)
- シリンダ装置であって、
作動流体が封入されるシリンダと、
前記シリンダに摺動自在に挿入されるピストンと、
前記シリンダに進退自在に挿入され、前記ピストンに結合されるピストンロッドと、を備え、
前記ピストンロッドは、
繊維材と樹脂材とにより形成される円筒部材と、
前記円筒部材の端部に設けられる連結部材と、を有し、
前記円筒部材は、前記繊維材を切断する加工が施されていない内周面を有し、
前記連結部材は、前記内周面に挿入され前記円筒部材に接着剤を介して接合される接合部を有し、
前記接合部は、その最大外径が前記内周面の内径よりも小さく、前記内周面に接触することなく挿入可能であるシリンダ装置。 - 請求項1に記載のシリンダ装置であって、
前記接合部は、前記接合部の端部に向かって外径が徐々に小さくなるテーパ状に形成されるテーパ部を有し、
前記接着剤は、前記円筒部材の前記内周面と前記テーパ部の外周面との間に保持されるシリンダ装置。 - 請求項2に記載のシリンダ装置であって、
前記接合部は、前記テーパ部よりも前記端部側に設けられ前記テーパ部の最小外径よりも径が大きい鍔部をさらに有し、
前記接着剤は、前記円筒部材の前記内周面と前記テーパ部の前記外周面と前記鍔部とにより囲まれる空間内に保持されるシリンダ装置。 - 請求項2または3に記載のシリンダ装置であって、
前記テーパ部は、径方向外側に向かって膨らんで形成されるシリンダ装置。 - 請求項1から4の何れか1つに記載のシリンダ装置であって、
前記繊維材には、炭素繊維が含まれるシリンダ装置。 - 請求項1から5の何れか1つに記載のシリンダ装置であって、
前記連結部材は、前記ピストンに結合される結合部をさらに有するシリンダ装置。 - 請求項1から6の何れか1つに記載のシリンダ装置であって、
前記連結部材は、前記円筒部材の両端部に設けられるシリンダ装置。
