軸受(14)は、回転軸(12)を回転可能に支持する。軸受(14)は、回転軸(12)と同軸となるように回転軸(12)を支持する内輪(16)と、内輪(16)の径方向外側に設けられた外輪(18)と、内輪(16)と外輪(18)との間の環状隙間に設けられた複数の転動体(20)と、を備える。内輪(16)には、回転軸(12)の偏心回転を補正する補正部(24)が設けられている。
偏心補正方法は、回転軸(12)を回転可能に支持する軸受(14)を用いて、回転軸(12)の回転中心の偏心を補正する。軸受(14)は、回転軸(12)と同軸となるように回転軸(12)を支持する内輪(16)と、内輪(16)の径方向外側に設けられた外輪(18)と、内輪(16)と外輪(18)との間の環状隙間に設けられた複数の転動体(20)と、を備える。内輪(16)には、内輪(16)の周方向に沿って、回転軸(12)の軸方向に複数の穴(24a)が形成されている。回転中心の偏心に応じて、複数の穴(24a)のうち少なくとも1つの穴(24a)に、錘(26)を入れて、回転中心の偏心を補正する。

Claims (7)
- 回転軸を回転可能に支持する軸受であって、
前記回転軸と同軸となるように前記回転軸を支持する内輪と、
前記内輪の径方向外側に設けられた外輪と、
前記内輪と前記外輪との間の環状隙間に設けられた複数の転動体と、
を備え、
前記内輪には、前記回転軸の偏心回転を補正する補正部が設けられており、
前記補正部は、前記回転軸の軸方向に沿って前記内輪に形成され、且つ、錘が挿入可能な複数の穴である、軸受。 - 請求項1に記載の軸受であって、
複数の前記穴は、前記内輪の周方向に沿って配置されている、軸受。 - 請求項2に記載の軸受であって、
複数の前記穴は、前記内輪と同心円状に且つ等間隔で配置されている、軸受。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の軸受であって、
前記軸受は、モータに設けられ、前記モータの前記回転軸を回転可能に支持する、軸受。 - 回転軸を回転可能に支持する軸受を用いて、前記回転軸の回転中心の偏心を補正する偏心補正方法であって、
前記軸受は、
前記回転軸と同軸となるように前記回転軸を支持する内輪と、
前記内輪の径方向外側に設けられた外輪と、
前記内輪と前記外輪との間の環状隙間に設けられた複数の転動体と、
を備え、
前記内輪には、前記内輪の周方向に沿って、前記回転軸の軸方向に複数の穴が形成され、
前記回転中心の偏心に応じて、複数の前記穴のうち少なくとも1つの前記穴に、錘を入れて、前記回転中心の偏心を補正する、偏心補正方法。 - 請求項5に記載の偏心補正方法であって、
複数の前記穴は、前記内輪と同心円状に且つ等間隔で配置されている、偏心補正方法。 - 請求項5または6に記載の偏心補正方法であって、
モータの前記回転軸の前記回転中心の偏心を補正する、偏心補正方法。
