Claims (5)
- 断面積が狭い狭流路と、
前記狭流路の下流側に接続され、発熱体が熱的に接触する、断面積が広い広流路と、を備え、
前記両流路に流体である冷媒が流れることにより、前記発熱体で発生した熱が放熱される冷却器において、
前記広流路の前記発熱体が熱的に接触する位置より上流にある上流部に設けられた三角柱状の整流片を備え、
前記整流片は、
前記広流路の中心線を挟んで1対設けられており、
前記各整流片は、第1面、第2面、および第3面と、第1面と第2面が形成する上流に向って突出した第1角部と、第2面と第3面が形成する第2角部と、第3面と第1面が形成する第3角部とを有し、
一方の整流片の第1面と、他方の整流片の第1面とが、前記広流路の中心線を挟んで対向し、これらの対向する第1面の間に形成される流路は、下流に向って広がっており、
前記各整流片において、前記第1角部と前記第3角部のそれぞれの角度は鋭角であり、前記第2角部の角度は鈍角であり、
前記各整流片において、前記第1面は前記広流路の中心線に対して鋭角で傾斜し、前記第2面は前記広流路の中心線に対して前記鋭角より大きい鋭角で傾斜している、ことを特徴とする冷却器。 - 請求項1に記載の冷却器において、
前記各整流片の前記第3面は、前記広流路の中心線に対して平行である、ことを特徴とする冷却器。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の冷却器において、
前記狭流路と前記広流路とを接続する接続面をさらに備え、
前記接続面は、前記狭流路より下流側で前記広流路の中心線に対して鋭角で傾斜しまたは垂直であり、
前記整流片の前記第1角部より下流側での前記広流路の中心線に対する前記第2面の角度は、前記狭流路より下流側での前記広流路の中心線に対する前記接続面の角度以下である、ことを特徴とする冷却器。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の冷却器において、
前記広流路の前記発熱体と対向する位置に少なくとも1つ設けられたフィンをさらに備えた、ことを特徴とする冷却器。 - 断面積が狭い狭流路と、
前記狭流路の下流側に接続された断面積が広い広流路と、を備え、
前記狭流路から前記広流路へ流体が流れる流路ユニットにおいて、
前記広流路の上流部に設けられた三角柱状の整流片と、
前記広流路の前記整流片より下流側に少なくとも1つ設けられたフィンと、をさらに備え、
前記整流片は、
前記広流路の中心線を挟んで1対設けられており、
前記各整流片は、第1面、第2面、および第3面と、第1面と第2面が形成する上流に向って突出した第1角部と、第2面と第3面が形成する第2角部と、第3面と第1面が形成する第3角部とを有し、
一方の整流片の第1面と、他方の整流片の第1面とが、前記広流路の中心線を挟んで対向し、これらの対向する第1面の間に形成される流路は、下流に向って広がっており、
前記各整流片において、前記第1角部と前記第3角部は鋭角であり、前記第2角部は鈍角であり、
前記各整流片において、前記第1面は前記広流路の中心線に対して鋭角で傾斜し、前記第2面は前記広流路の中心線に対して前記鋭角より大きい鋭角で傾斜している、ことを特徴とする流路ユニット。
