Description
Claims (6)
- 素材を加熱する加熱段階と、
下部金型に前記素材を装着させる装着段階と、
前記下部金型に上部金型を下降させて前記素材を1次成形する第1成形段階と、
前記上部金型が下降した状態で、前記上部金型又は前記下部金型から流体圧を加え、前記素材を2次成形する第2成形段階と、
前記素材を冷却させる冷却段階と、を含み、
前記第2成形段階は、
充填材を加熱して流体化させる流体化段階と、
流体化された前記充填材を加圧して前記流体圧により排出する流体圧排出段階と、を含み、
前記第2成形段階は、前記第1成形段階によって1次成形された前記素材の第1成形部に第2成形部を形成する、製品成形方法。 - 前記第2成形段階において2次成形される前記素材の部分を前記第1成形段階の温度に維持する、請求項1に記載の製品成形方法。
- 前記第2成形段階と同時に、又は第2成形段階が完了する前に前記冷却段階が行われる、請求項2に記載の製品成形方法。
- 前記冷却段階では、前記素材がマルテンサイトがある組織を有するように冷却させる、請求項1に記載の製品成形方法。
- 前記冷却段階により前記充填材を硬化させた後、前記上部金型を前記下部金型から分離する分離段階をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の製品成形方法。
- 前記下部金型又は前記上部金型の少なくとも一部を分割して、成形された素材を取り出す取出段階をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の製品成形方法。
