Claims (8)
- 内視鏡の挿入チューブを受け容れることができるシースであって、
シース本体と、
前記シース本体の近位端にある流入ポートと、
前記シース本体の前記近位端にある、流出ポートと、
前記シース本体の長さ方向に沿って存在する複数のアンカーポイントで前記シース本体に取り付けられ、前記シース本体の前記長さ方向に沿って延在する、複数の径方向に膨張可能なフレキシブル部材とを備え、
前記複数の径方向に膨張可能なフレキシブル部材が、能動的流体流入中に膨張し、かつ前記径方向に膨張可能なフレキシブル部材が前記シース本体に沿って互いに離間して存在し、前記径方向に膨張可能なフレキシブル部材が身体の通路内で膨らませられた際に、隣接する径方向に膨張可能なフレキシブル部材どうしの間に延在する、1つ以上の分離された空間を画定し、
前記シース本体の前記長さ方向に沿って延在する、複数の剛性のあるチャネルを更に備え、
前記複数の剛性のあるチャネルの前記チャネルが、複数のアンカーポイントで、前記複数の膨張可能なフレキシブル部材に取り付けられている、シース。 - 前記複数の剛性のあるチャネルの前記チャネルが、互いに離間して存在し、前記シース本体の前記長さ方向に沿って延在する前記チャネルで、1つ以上の分離された空間を画定する、請求項1に記載のシース。
- 能動的流体流出中、流体が、前記シース本体の遠位端から、前記分離された空間を通り、前記流出ポートに流れる、請求項2に記載のシース。
- 能動的流体流出が、身体領域から組織片を取り除く、請求項3に記載のシース。
- 前記能動的流体流入が、潅水用流体を身体領域に提供する、請求項1に記載のシース。
- 前記シース本体の遠位端に位置する、1つ以上のセンサを更に備える、請求項1に記載のシース。
- 前記1つ以上のセンサが、圧力、温度、及び流体の流速のうちの少なくとも1つを測定する、請求項6に記載のシース。
- 前記シース本体の遠位端に、前記能動的流体流入の間に潅水用流体を方向付けるための方向ガイドを更に備える、請求項1に記載のシース。
