Claims (12)
- 水平方向に移送される複数のセルを電気的に連結するようにセルの上下部に導線を供給し、セルの上部にジグを供給するタビング装置であって、
前記導線を供給する導線供給部と、
前記導線の先端をグリップして引き出す導線引出部と、
前記引き出された導線の前端と後端をグリップする導線グリップ部と、
前記グリップされた導線の後端を切断する導線切断部と、
前記導線グリップ部を前記セルの上部に移送するグリッパー駆動部と、を含み、
前記導線切断部は、前記導線供給部から解かれた導線を切断する切断ユニットを含み、
前記切断ユニットは、前記複数のセルが移送される水平方向に垂直な他の水平方向への移動により導線を切断するカッターを含む、
タビング装置。 - 前記ジグをグリップするジググリップ部をさらに含む、
請求項1に記載のタビング装置。 - 前記グリッパー駆動部は、前記導線グリップ部及び前記ジググリップ部を前記セルの上部に移送する、
請求項2に記載のタビング装置。 - 前記ジググリップ部は、前記セルに前記導線を供給した状態で前記セルに前記ジグ及び前記導線を共に安着させるように前記ジグをグリップして供給するジググリッパーを含む、
請求項2に記載のタビング装置。 - 前記導線グリップ部は、前記導線供給部の下流に順に離隔して設けられて前記導線をグリップする第1グリッパーと第2グリッパーと第3グリッパーを含む、
請求項1に記載のタビング装置。 - 前記第1グリッパー及び前記第2グリッパーは、移送される最初のセルに供給される導線をグリップし、
前記第1グリッパー及び前記第3グリッパーは、前記最初のセルの次に移送される1以上の中間のセルに供給される導線をグリップし、
前記第2グリッパー及び前記第3グリッパーは、移送される最後のセルに供給される導線をグリップする、
請求項5に記載のタビング装置。 - 前記導線グリップ部は、前記導線供給部の下流に前後方に移動するように設けられて前記導線をグリップする第4グリッパー及び第5グリッパーを含む、
請求項1に記載のタビング装置。 - 前記第4グリッパー及び前方に移動した第5グリッパーは、移送される最初のセルに供給される導線をグリップし、
前記第4グリッパー及び前記第5グリッパーは、前記最初のセルの次に移送される1以上の中間のセルに供給される導線をグリップし、
前記第5グリッパー及び後方に移動した前記第4グリッパーは、移送される最後のセルに供給される導線をグリップする、
請求項7に記載のタビング装置。 - 前記導線グリップ部は、前記複数のセルが移送される水平方向に垂直な他の水平方向への移動により導線をグリップするグリッパーを含む、
請求項1に記載のタビング装置。 - 前記導線供給部は、巻き取られた導線を解いて提供する供給ユニットを含む、
請求項1に記載のタビング装置。 - 前記導線引出部は、前記導線供給部及び前記導線切断部の下流で前後方への移送により前記導線の切断の長さを調節する、
請求項1に記載のタビング装置。 - 前記導線供給部の側方に設けられ、前記セルに前記導線及び前記ジグが安着した状態で前記セルと前記導線を互いに接合させるようにソルダリング区間に前記セルを供給するセル供給部をさらに含む、
