Claims (15)

前記基地局と前記車両識別子および/または前記個人識別子との間で送信される少なくとも1つの信号に基づいて、前記車両識別子および/または前記個人識別子の位置データを決定するように構成される請求項1から請求項7のうちいずれか1項の安全システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの基地局は、前記車両識別子および/または前記個人識別子の前記位置データをサーバに送信するように構成される請求項8の安全システム。
- 前記個人識別子に設置され、無線通信可能な遠隔識別子および遠隔識別子の読み取り装置をさらに備え、
前記遠隔識別子は、前記遠隔識別子が前記遠隔識別子の読み取り装置に近づいたときに、ロックされたドアを開くように構成される請求項1から請求項9のうちいずか1項の安全システム。 - 前記遠隔識別子は、RFIDタグであり、前記遠隔識別子の読み取り装置は、RFID読み取り装置である請求項10の安全システム。
- 前記車両識別子は、有線および/または無線接続を確立し、警報ユニット、個人識別子、対向無線機および前記センサのうちの少なくとも1つにデータを送信または受信するように構成された通信手段を含む請求項7の安全システム。
- 前記警報ユニットは、有線および/または無線接続を確立し、少なくとも1つの前記車両識別子にデータを送信または受信するように構成された通信手段を含む請求項1から請求項12のうちいずれか1項の安全システム。
- 前記個人識別子は、無線通信を確立し、車両識別子、対向無線機、および遠隔識別子の読み取り装置のうち少なくとも1つにデータを送信または受信するように構成された通信手段を含む請求項1から請求項13のうちいずれか1項の安全システム。
- 安全システムを作動させるための方法であって、
前記安全システムは、移動車両または作業機械に配置され、無線通信可能な車両識別子と、それと作動接続された警報ユニットと、移動ユニットに配置され、無線通信可能な個人識別子とを備え、
前記個人識別子は、エリア内の車両または作業機械を警告する警報デバイスを含み、
前記警報ユニットは、エリア内の移動ユニットを警告する警報装置を含み、
前記方法において、
前記車両識別子および/または前記個人識別子は、前記車両識別子と前記個人識別子との間で送信される少なくとも1つの信号に基づいて、前記車両識別子と前記個人識別子との間の距離を決定するステップと、
前記車両識別子は、前記車両識別子と前記個人識別子との間の決定された距離が前記車両識別子に対して予め定められた閾値未満である場合に、前記警報装置を作動させるステップと、
前記個人識別子は、前記車両識別子と前記個人識別子との間の決定された距離が前記個人識別子に対して予め定められた閾値未満である場合に、前記警報デバイスを作動させるステップとを含み、
前記安全システムは、
無線通信可能な対向無線機をさらに備え、
前記対向無線機は球面信号をブロードキャストするように構成され、
前記個人識別子は、前記個人識別子と前記対向無線機との間で送信される少なくとも1つの信号に基づいて、前記個人識別子と前記対向無線機との間の距離を決定するように構成され、
前記個人識別子は、前記個人識別子と前記対向無線機との間の決定された距離が、前記対向無線機に対して予め定められた閾値未満である場合に、前記信号の送信および前記警報装置の作動を中断するように構成される方法。
