Description
本発明の実施形態の一態様によれば、サーマルパッドは、熱伝導係数が1W/m・K〜3W/m・Kであるシリカゲルプレートである。
Claims (10)
- 電池モジュールであって、
対向して設けられている天板(12)および底板(13)と、天板(12)および底板(13)に接続され且つ第1の方向(D1)に沿って間隔をもって設けられている二つの側板(11)と、を有するハウジング(10)と、
前記第1の方向(D1)に垂直な第2の方向(D2)に沿って間隔をもって設けられ、前記二つの側板(11)と交互に設置され且つ互いに接続されている二つの端板(20)と、
前記二つの側板(11)の間に並列に設置されている複数の単電池(31)を有し、前記複数の単電池(31)はいずれも前記二つの端板(20)の間に位置し且つ前記第2の方向(D2)に沿って延在している単電池群(30)と、
前記単電池群(30)と前記側板(11)との間に設けられている断熱パッド(40)と、
前記単電池群(30)と前記天板(12)との間、および/または前記単電池群(30)と前記底板(13)との間に設けられているクッション(50)と、
を備えることを特徴とする電池モジュール。 - 前記電池モジュールは、サーマルパッド(60)をさらに備え、前記サーマルパッド(60は、前記天板(12)と前記単電池群(30)との間、および/または前記底板(13)と前記単電池群(30)との間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記単電池群(30)は、対向して設けられている先端および底端を有し、前記先端および前記底端の少なくとも一方に前記サーマルパッド(60)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記サーマルパッド(60)は、各単位電池(31)に接触して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記単電池群(30)における隣接する2つの単電池(31)の間にサーマルパッド(60)がさらに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ハウジング(10)は、アルミニウム合金ハウジング、ステンレス鋼ハウジングまたは鉄ハウジングであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記単電池(31)は、プラスチックハウジング、アルミニウム合金ハウジング、ステンレス鋼ハウジングまたは鉄ハウジングを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記単電池群(30)と前記側板(11)との間に隙間が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記サーマルパッド(60)は、熱伝導係数が1W/m・K〜3W/m・Kであるシリカゲルプレートであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記断熱パッド(40)は、熱伝導係数が0.05W/m・K以下であるエチレンプロピレンジエンゴムプレートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
