Claims (6)
- マトリックス状に配列された複数の画素を含み、
前記各画素は有機発光素子と、
ゲート電極が一走査線と接続され、一電極が一データ線と接続され、他電極が第1ノードと接続された第1トランジスタと、
前記第1トランジスタを介して提供されるデータ電圧により前記有機発光素子を駆動する第2トランジスタと、
一電極が前記第1ノードと接続され、他電極が第2ノードと接続された第3トランジスタと、
前記第1ノードと初期化電圧が印加される第3ノードとの間に接続された第1キャパシタと、
前記第2トランジスタのゲート電極が接続された第4ノードと前記第2ノードとの間に接続された第2キャパシタと、
一電極が前記第2ノードと接続され、他電極が前記第2トランジスタの他電極が接続された第5ノードと接続された第4トランジスタと、
一電極が前記第4ノードと接続され、他電極が前記第2トランジスタの一電極が接続された第6ノードと接続された第5トランジスタと、
一電極が前記第3ノードと接続され、他電極が前記有機発光素子のアノード電極と接続された第6トランジスタと、
一電極が前記第6ノードと接続され、他電極が前記有機発光素子のアノード電極と接続された第7トランジスタと、を含み、
前記第4トランジスタのゲート電極、前記第5トランジスタのゲート電極及び前記第6トランジスタのゲート電極は第1制御信号線に接続される有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第3トランジスタのゲート電極は前記第1制御信号線と異なる第2制御信号線と接続される請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記複数の画素は同じ個数の画素行を含む複数の画素行グループで定義され、
一画素行グループに含まれた画素の第3トランジスタはゲート電極が前記一画素行グループと連続する他の画素行グループと接続する走査線のうち一つと接続される請求項1または2に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記各画素行グループは8個の画素行を含み、
第kないし第k+7走査線を含む画素行グループに含まれた画素の第3トランジスタはゲート電極が第k+12走査線と接続される請求項3に記載の有機発光表示装置(ただし、kは1以上の自然数)。 - 前記複数の画素行グループに含まれた画素はしきい電圧の補償が同時に行われる請求項3または4に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記複数の画素行グループは順次に走査信号を印加される請求項3〜5のいずれか一つに記載の有機発光表示装置。
