Claims (5)
- 無水物系のエポキシ樹脂を強化繊維に含浸させることによって、トウプリプレグを得る含浸工程と、
前記トウプリプレグの特定面にレーザ光を照射することによって、前記特定面において前記エポキシ樹脂を硬化させる工程と、
前記含浸工程によって得られた前記トウプリプレグにおける前記エポキシ樹脂の含浸率が予め定められた下限値を下回っているかを、前記レーザ光の反射光のスペクトルに基づき判定する工程と、
前記エポキシ樹脂の含浸率が前記下限値を下回っている場合、前記トウプリプレグの前記特定面の裏面に前記エポキシ樹脂を塗布する工程と、
を含むトウプリプレグの製造方法。 - 前記エポキシ樹脂の含浸率が予め定められた上限値を上回っているかを、前記レーザ光の反射光のスペクトルに基づき判定する工程を更に含み、
前記エポキシ樹脂の含浸率が前記上限値を上回っている場合、前記含浸工程において、前記エポキシ樹脂の含浸量を減少させる
請求項1に記載のトウプリプレグの製造方法。 - エポキシ樹脂を強化繊維に含浸させることによって、トウプリプレグを得る含浸工程と、
前記トウプリプレグの特定面にレーザ光を照射する工程と、前記レーザ光の反射光のスペクトルは波長W0およびW1を含み、
前記エポキシ樹脂の含浸率が予め定められた範囲内に収まっているかを、前記反射光のスペクトルに含まれる前記波長W1および前記波長W0のそれぞれの強度J1および強度J0の強度比J1/J0を用いて判定する工程と、を含み、前記強度J1はトウプリプレグのエポキシ樹脂の質量と相関を有し、前記強度J0はトウプリプレグの強化繊維の質量との相関を有する、
トウプリプレグの検査方法。 - 前記エポキシ樹脂の含浸率が前記範囲の下限値を下回っている場合、前記トウプリプレグの前記特定面の裏面に前記エポキシ樹脂を塗布する工程を更に含む
請求項3に記載の検査方法。 - 前記エポキシ樹脂の含浸率が前記範囲の上限値を上回っている場合、前記含浸工程において、前記エポキシ樹脂の含浸量を減少させる
請求項3又は請求項4に記載の検査方法。
