Description
a)ハンドル及びシール領域を近位端に備える試料ホルダであって、シール領域に接続したステム部分であってシール領域よりも幅の狭いステム部分と、ホルダの遠位端でステムに接続した試料保持器であってその内部に固相試料を保持するための試料保持器とをさらに含み、試料保持器が、流体は通過させるが固体は通さない穿孔壁領域を有する試料ホルダを用意するステップと、
b)自動又は半自動試料分析装置の流体回路に取り付けるのに適した生体試料収容カセットであって、1以上の流体回路ポートを有する収容チャンバと、生体試料ホルダを受入れるための開口部とを備える、生体試料収容カセットを用意するステップと、
c)前記ホルダを前記チャンバに挿入して、流体回路からの流体に保持器を浸漬し、核酸又はタンパク質を得るため流体を処理するステップとを含む方法を提供する。
Claims (8)
- 固相試料を保持するための生体試料ホルダであって、試料分析装置の流体回路に取り付けられる生体試料収容カセットの試料収容チャンバの開口部内に収容可能に構成されるシール領域及びハンドルを近位端に含んでおり、当該ホルダが、シール領域に接続したステム部分であってハンドル又はシール領域よりも幅の狭いステム部分と、ホルダの遠位端でステムに接続した試料保持器であって、前記シール領域が前記開口部内に収容された状態で前記試料収容チャンバ内に収容されて内部に固体を保持するための試料保持器とをさらに含んでおり、試料保持器が、流体は通過させるが固相試料は通さない穿孔壁領域を備えている、生体試料ホルダ。
- 保持器が、穿孔ケージの形態である、請求項1記載の生体試料ホルダ。
- ケージが、試料を挿入することのできるアクセス手段であって、試料をケージ内に留めておくために閉じることのできるアクセス手段を含んでいる、請求項2記載の生体試料ホルダ。
- アクセス手段が、解除可能な蓋、ヒンジ式の閉止部、又はステムによって閉塞可能な開口部を備える、請求項3記載の生体試料ホルダ。
- 固相試料を保持するための生体試料ホルダであって、試料分析装置の流体回路に取り付けられる生体試料収容カセットの試料収容チャンバの開口部内に収容可能に構成されるシール領域及びハンドルを近位端に含んでおり、当該ホルダが、シール領域に接続したステム部分であってハンドル又はシール領域よりも幅の狭いステム部分と、ホルダの遠位端に形成された試料保持器であって、前記シール領域が前記開口部内に収容された状態で前記試料収容チャンバ内に形成されて内部に固体を保持するための試料保持器とをさらに含んでおり、試料保持器が、流体は通過させるが固相試料は通さない穿孔壁領域を備えており、
なおかつ、前記試料保持器が、前記穿孔壁領域として、前記ステムに接続された穿孔ディスクを含んでおり、かつ前記試料保持器は、前記穿孔ディスクと、前記穿孔壁領域として前記試料収容チャンバに設けられたさらに別の穿孔エレメントと、前記試料収容チャンバの内壁との間に形成される空間に、使用時に試料を配置できるように構成されている、生体試料ホルダ。 - 試料分析装置の流体回路に取り付けられる生体試料収容カセットであって、1以上の流体回路ポートを有する収容チャンバと、生体試料ホルダを受入れるための開口部とを備え、当該装置が、開口部内に収容可能に構成されるシール領域及びハンドルを近位端に含んでおり、ホルダが、シール領域に接続したステム部分であってシール領域よりも幅の狭いステム部分と、ホルダの遠位端でステムに接続した試料保持器であって、前記シール領域が前記開口部内に収容された状態で前記試料収容チャンバ内に収容されて内部に固体を保持するための試料保持器とをさらに含んでおり、試料保持器が、流体は通過させるが固相試料は通さない穿孔壁領域を備えている、生体試料収容カセット。
- 試料ホルダが、請求項2乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載されたものである、請求項6記載の生体試料収容カセット。
- 核酸及び/又はタンパク質の分析のために、分析装置内で固相生体試料を処理する方法であって、
a)ハンドル及びシール領域を近位端に備える試料ホルダであって、シール領域に接続したステム部分であってシール領域よりも幅の狭いステム部分と、ホルダの遠位端でステムに接続した試料保持器であってその内部に固相試料を保持するための試料保持器とをさらに含んでおり、試料保持器が、流体は通過させるが固体は通さない穿孔壁領域を有する試料ホルダを用意するステップと、
b)自動又は半自動試料分析装置の流体回路に取り付けられる生体試料収容カセットであって、1以上の流体回路ポートを有する収容チャンバと、生体試料ホルダを受入れるための開口部とを備える、生体試料収容カセットを用意するステップと、
c)前記ホルダを前記チャンバに挿入して、流体回路からの流体に保持器を浸漬し、核酸又はタンパク質を得るため流体を処理するステップと
を含む方法。
