Description
本出願は、2014年7月9日付で出願されて発明の名称を「ダイヤフラム式圧力室を有した機械駆動型ダイヤフラムポンプ」とする米国特許仮出願第62/022263号、及び2014年2月7日付で出願されて発明の名称を「ダイヤフラム式圧力室を有した機械駆動型ダイヤフラムポンプ」とする米国特許仮出願第61/937266号に基づき優先権を主張するものであって、これら出願において開示するものは、参照によりここに編入されるものである。
Claims (21)
- 内部圧力室を形成するハウジングであって、前記内部圧力室内に作業流体が充填されるハウジングと、
前記内部圧力室内に設けられ、第1引込室及び第2引込室を有する往復動部材であって、直線の軸線に沿って第1の方向及び当該第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向に往復動するように構成された往復動部材と、
少なくとも一部が前記第1引込室内に配置される第1引込部材と、
少なくとも一部が前記第2引込室内に配置される第2引込部材と、
複数の流体吸排部材とを備え、
前記第1引込部材は、前記複数の流体吸排部材のうちの第1流体吸排部材と連結され、前記第1引込室及び前記往復動部材に対して相対移動可能であり、
前記第2引込部材は、前記複数の流体吸排部材のうちの第2流体吸排部材と連結され、前記第2引込室及び前記往復動部材に対して相対移動可能であり、
前記内部圧力室は、前記第1流体吸排部材と前記第2流体吸排部材との間に延在すると共に、前記第1流体吸排部材及び前記第2流体吸排部材によって境界が定められ、
前記第1引込部材は、前記第1流体吸排部材が吸入行程のときに前記第1流体吸排部材を引くように構成され、前記第2引込部材は、前記第2流体吸排部材が吸入行程のときに前記第2流体吸排部材を引くように構成され、前記内部圧力室内の前記作業流体は、前記第1流体吸排部材が圧送行程のときに前記第1流体吸排部材を押すように構成され、前記第2流体吸排部材が圧送行程のときに前記第2流体吸排部材を押すように構成される

前記第1ハウジング内に設けられた第2ハウジングであって、第1ポンプ室、第2ポンプ室、当該第2ハウジングの第1端部を貫通する第1開口、及び当該第2ハウジングの第2端部を貫通する第2開口を有する第2ハウジングと、
前記第1ポンプ室と前記第2ポンプ室との間に摺動可能に介装された往復動部材と、
前記往復動部材に組み付けられて第1引込室を形成し、前記第1開口から突出する第1引込部材用ハウジングと、
前記往復動部材に組み付けられて第2引込室を形成し、前記第2開口から突出する第2引込部材用ハウジングと、
前記往復動部材の周面に設けられた第1シール部材と、
前記第1開口の周縁に設けられた第2シール部材と、
前記第2開口の周縁に設けられた第3シール部材と、
少なくとも一部が前記第1引込室内に配置される第1引込部材と、
少なくとも一部が前記第2引込室内に配置される第2引込部材と、
複数の流体吸排部材とを備え、
前記第1引込部材は、前記複数の流体吸排部材のうちの第1流体吸排部材に連結され、前記第1引込室及び前記往復動部材に対して相対移動可能であり、
前記第2引込部材は、前記複数の流体吸排部材のうちの第2流体吸排部材に連結され、
前記第2引込室及び前記往復動部材に対して相対移動可能であり、
前記内部圧力室は、前記第1流体吸排部材と前記第2流体吸排部材との間に延在すると共に、前記第1流体吸排部材及び前記第2流体吸排部材によって境界が定められ、
前記第1引込部材は、前記第1流体吸排部材が吸入行程のときに前記第1流体吸排部材を引くように構成され、前記第2引込部材は、前記第2流体吸排部材が吸入行程のときに前記第2流体吸排部材を引くように構成され、前記内部圧力室内の前記作業流体は、前記第1流体吸排部材が圧送行程のときに前記第1流体吸排部材を押すように構成され、前記第2流体吸排部材が圧送行程のときに前記第2流体吸排部材を押すように構成される
ことを特徴とするポンプ装置用作動機構。 - 前記複数の流体吸排部材は、それぞれダイヤフラムを備えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のポンプ装置用作動機構。
- 前記複数の流体吸排部材は、それぞれ圧送用ピストンを備えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のポンプ装置用作動機構。
- 前記第1引込部材は、
前記第1流体吸排部材に結合された第1取付端部と、
前記第1引込室内に摺動可能に保持される第1自由端部とを備え、
前記第2引込部材は、
前記第2流体吸排部材に結合された第2取付端部と、
前記第2引込室内に摺動可能に保持される第2自由端部とを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のポンプ装置用作動機構。 - 前記第1引込室は、処理対象流体の圧力が前記作業流体の圧力を上回ると、前記第1引込部材を収納するように構成され、
前記第2引込室は、前記処理対象流体の圧力が前記作業流体の圧力を上回ると、前記第2引込部材を収納するように構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のポンプ装置用作動機構。 - 前記作業流体は、圧縮気体からなることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のポンプ装置用作動機構。
- 前記作業流体は、非圧縮性液体からなることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のポンプ装置用作動機構。
- 前記内部圧力室との流体連通路に設けられ、処理対象流体の圧力が前記作業流体の圧力を上回るときに、前記非圧縮性液体の一部を一時的に蓄えるアキュムレータを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のポンプ装置用作動機構。
- 前記第1シール部材、前記第2シール部材及び前記第3シール部材は、Oリングからなることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のポンプ装置用作動機構。
- 前記往復動部材を往復駆動するソレノイドを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポンプ装置用作動機構。
