Claims (18)
- 流体リザーバと流体連通するリザーバポート、およびカニューレと流体連通するカニューレポートを備えるマニホルドと、
側孔を備えるスリーブであって、前記マニホルド内において、前記側孔が前記リザーバポートと位置合わせされる第1の配向と前記側孔が前記カニューレポートと位置合わせされる第2の配向との間で軸方向に回転するように構成され、第1の端部および第2の端部を有する螺旋溝をさらに備えるスリーブと、
回転しかつ前記スリーブ内で軸方向に並進運動するように構成されたプランジャであって、前記スリーブ内での前記プランジャの軸方向並進運動がポンプ容積を変化させ、前記ポンプ容積が前記スリーブの前記側孔と流体連通し、前記プランジャが、前記螺旋溝内において前記螺旋溝の前記第1の端部および前記第2の端部の間で動いて、前記プランジャが回転するときに前記プランジャを前記スリーブ内で軸方向に並進運動させるように構成された連結部材をさらに備えるプランジャと、
前記プランジャを第1の方向に回転させて、前記スリーブが前記第1の配向にあるときに前記ポンプ容積を増加させ、かつ前記連結部材が前記螺旋溝の前記第1の端部に到達したときに前記スリーブおよび前記プランジャを共に回転させて、前記スリーブが前記第2の配向に動くように構成されたモータと
を備えることを特徴とする回転計量ポンプ。 - 前記プランジャはタブをさらに備え、前記マニホルドは窓を備え、前記タブは前記窓内で動いて、前記スリーブが前記マニホルド内で回転するときに、前記スリーブが前記マニホルドに対して軸方向に並進運動することを防ぐことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転計量ポンプ。
- 回転リミットスイッチをさらに備え、前記回転リミットスイッチは、前記側孔を前記カニューレポートに配向するように前記スリーブが回転した後に、前記モータの方向を反転させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転計量ポンプ。
- 前記スリーブ上の係合要素は前記回転リミットスイッチに係合することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の回転計量ポンプ。
- 前記スリーブに挿入されて、前記プランジャに対向する前記ポンプ容積の面を形成するプラグをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転計量ポンプ。
- 前記スリーブは、前記プランジャに対向する前記ポンプ容積の面を形成する面止めを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転計量ポンプ。
- 前記プランジャおよびプラグ上にシールをさらに備えて、前記プランジャと前記スリーブとの間、ならびに前記プラグと前記スリーブとの間に液密シールを形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転計量ポンプ。
- プラグは前記スリーブ内に固着され、前記プラグは、前記スリーブが前記第1の配向および前記第2の配向の間で回転するときにスリーブスイッチを動作させるカム面を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転計量ポンプ。
- 前記モータは、前記プランジャのタブを受けるスロットを有する出力ギアを備え、前記スロットにより前記プランジャは前記モータに対して軸方向に動くことができ、前記モータは前記プランジャを回転させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転計量ポンプ。
- 前記スリーブは第1の導電パッドおよび第2の導電パッドをさらに備え、計量システムは第1の電気接点、第2の電気接点、および第3の電気接点をさらに備え、前記スリーブが前記第1の配向にあるときに、前記第1の導電パッドは前記第1の電気接点と前記第2の電気接点とを電気的に接続し、前記スリーブが前記第2の配向にあるときに、前記第2の導電パッドは前記第2の電気接点と前記第3の電気接点とを電気的に接続することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転計量ポンプ。
- 前記スリーブが前記第1の配向と前記第2の配向との間で回転するときに、前記第1の電気接点、前記第2の電気接点、および前記第3の電気接点は、互いに電気的に絶縁されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の回転計量ポンプ。
- 前記回転リミットスイッチは、前記スリーブ上の係合要素により係合されたときに電気接触するように強制される、2つの通常開の可撓性導電部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の回転計量ポンプ。
- 前記回転リミットスイッチは、第3の通常開の可撓性導電部材を備え、前記スリーブが第1の方向に回転すると、第1の導電部材、第2の導電部材、および第3の導電部材は第1の順序で電気接触させられ、前記スリーブが第2の方向に回転すると、前記第1の導電部材、第2の導電部材、および第3の導電部材は第2の順序で電気接触させられることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の回転計量ポンプ。
- 前記スリーブに加えられるトルクが所定の閾値よりも低いときに前記スリーブの回転を防ぐインタロックをさらに備え、前記トルクが前記所定の閾値を超えたときに、前記インタロックにより前記スリーブは回転することができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転計量ポンプ。
- 前記スリーブは前記インタロック上の隆起に係合して前記スリーブの回転を防ぐ戻り止めを備え、前記スリーブに加えられる前記トルクが所定の限界を超えたときに、前記インタロックは屈曲して、前記戻り止めは前記インタロック上の前記隆起を通過することができることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の回転計量ポンプ。
- 前記スリーブと前記リザーバポートとの間に液密シールを形成する少なくとも1つのポートシールをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転計量ポンプ。
- 前記スリーブと前記カニューレポートとの間に液密シールを形成する少なくとも1つのポートシールをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転計量ポンプ。
- ポートシールは一体のエラストマー部品であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転計量ポンプ。
