Description
Claims (11)
- 木材の表面処理組成物用の充填剤であって、
前記充填剤は粒子を含み、
前記粒子が、タルク、雲母、ガラスビーズ、ガラスパウダー、アルカリ土類金属炭酸塩、カオリン(天然のおよび/またはか焼された)、石英、石英粉およびケイソウ土からなる群より選択され、アミノ基を有するポリマーを含む表面コーティングを有し、担体粒子径(d50)が1μm〜5mm
であることを特徴とする、充填剤。 - 前記表面電荷が、pH13未満でカチオン性であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の充填剤。
- 前記表面コーティングが、担体粒子の重量に対して0.1〜20重量%(重量による%)の比率で粒子中に存在することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の充填剤。
- 前記表面コーティングがアニオンを束縛し、および/またはアニオンと錯体形成するのに適していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の充填剤。
- 前記表面コーティングが無色であり、アニオンとそれの組み合わせも無色であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の充填剤。
- 粒子の使用であって、
前記粒子が、担体粒子と表面コーティングを含み、
前記担体粒子が、タルク、雲母、ガラスビーズ、ガラスパウダー、アルカリ土類金属炭酸塩、カオリン(天然のおよび/またはか焼された)、石英、石英粉およびケイソウ土からなる群より選択され、担体粒子径(d50)が1μm〜5mmであり、
前記表面コーティングが、アミノ基を含むポリマーを含み、
木材の処理のために用いられることを特徴とする、使用。 - 前記木材の処理が、木材のブリードを軽減するためのものであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の使用。
- 前記粒子が表面処理組成物の成分であり、前記表面処理組成物が液体であることを特徴とする、請求項6または請求項7に記載の使用。
- 前記表面処理組成物が、50μmから1000μmの間の湿潤フィルム厚さで塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の使用。
- 前記表面処理組成物中の前記粒子が、最大50重量%の比率で添加されることを特徴とする、請求項8または請求項9に記載の使用。
- 前記表面処理組成物中の前記粒子がプロトン化され、前記表面処理組成物が、13未満のpHを有することを特徴とする、請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
