Description
a)経時的に安定な、そして比較的少量(通常は10重量%未満)の光触媒で、高い光触媒効果を保証すること、
b)従来の手段による水性塗料の調製及び使用、特に塗装による使用が可能であり、コーティングの均一性及び大気中の作用物質に対する耐性の観点から最適な結果を伴うこと、
c)毒性作用または有害作用のない生成物を使用し、重金属または有機溶媒、特に芳香族溶媒を使用せず、揮発性有機化合物(VOC)の含有量が0.35g/l未満である生成物を得られるようにすること、
d)蒸散性が高くかつ塩基性が高く、住宅内に存在する酸化ラジカル及び汚染物質に完全に結びつくことが可能な生成物を得ること。
(a)少なくとも1種の気硬性結合剤、
(b)少なくとも1種の光触媒、
(c)少なくとも1種のセルロースエーテル、
(d)少なくとも1種の流動化剤、
(e)少なくとも1種の微粉化粉末形態の軽石、
(f)少なくとも1種の微粉化粉末形態の重晶石
を含む、光触媒組成物に関する。
(a)15〜60重量%、より好ましくは20〜50重量%の少なくとも1種の気硬性結合剤、
(b)0.5〜12重量%、より好ましくは1〜8重量%の少なくとも1種の光触媒、
(c)0.02〜3重量%、より好ましくは0.05〜1.5%重量の少なくとも1種のセルロースエーテル、
(d)0.05〜5%重量、より好ましくは0.1〜2重量%の少なくとも1種の流動化剤、
(e)5〜40重量%、より好ましくは10〜30重量%の少なくとも1種の微粉化粉末形態の軽石、
(f)1〜20重量%、より好ましくは3〜15重量%の少なくとも1種の微粉化粉末形態の重晶石
を含む。
(g)少なくとも1種の粒子形態の第1の石灰質充填剤であって、少なくとも95重量%の粒子が100μm以下の寸法である、第1の石灰質充填剤、
(h)少なくとも1種の粒子形態の第2の石灰質充填剤であって、少なくとも95重量%の粒子が30μm以下の寸法である、第2の石灰質充填剤
も含む。
(a)10〜50重量%、より好ましくは15〜35重量の少なくとも1種の粒子形態の第1の石灰質充填剤であって、少なくとも95重量%の粒子が100μm以下の寸法である、第1の石灰質充填剤、
(b)10〜50重量%、より好ましくは15〜35重量%の少なくとも1種の粒子形態の第2の石灰質充填剤であって、少なくとも95重量%の粒子が30μm以下の寸法である、第2の石灰質充填剤
をさらに含む。
実施例1
上述の組成物のサンプルを脱イオン水中に分散させた(水60%、粉末40%)。慎重に混合した後、生成物をブラシを用いて不活性ポリエステルのパネルに塗布して薄層を得、これを空気中で24時間乾燥させた。乾燥後、処理済みパネルの3つのサンプルを無菌条件下で収集した(寸法:3インチx4インチ)(サンプル1、2及び3)。カビの増殖を妨げる能力を、ASTM D 3273−12の方法”Standard Test method for Resistance to Growth of Mold on the Surface of Interior Coatings in an Environmental Chamber”による3つのサンプルで評価した。
細菌増殖に対する抵抗性を評価するために、上述の内容による同じ処理済みパネルの3つのサンプル(50mmx50mm)を使用し、同じ寸法を有する未処理の3つのサンプルと比較した。評価は、ISO規格27447:2009(E) “Test Method for Antibacterial Activity of Semiconducting Photocatalytic Materials”に従って行った。
Claims (23)
- (a)15〜60重量%の少なくとも1種の気硬性結合剤、
(b)0.5〜12重量%の少なくとも1種の光触媒、
(c)0.02〜3重量%の少なくとも1種のセルロースエーテル、
(d)0.05〜5重量%の少なくとも1種の流動化剤、
(e)10〜30重量%の少なくとも1種の微粉化粉末形態の軽石、
(f)3〜15重量%の少なくとも1種の微粉化粉末形態の重晶石
を含む、光触媒組成物。 - (a)20〜50重量%の少なくとも1種の気硬性結合剤、
(b)1〜8重量%の少なくとも1種の光触媒、
(c)0.05〜1.5重量%の少なくとも1種のセルロースエーテル、
(d)0.1〜2重量%の少なくとも1種の流動化剤、
(e)10〜30重量%の少なくとも1種の微粉化粉末形態の軽石、
(f)3〜15重量%の少なくとも1種の微粉化粉末形態の重晶石
を含む、請求項1に記載の光触媒組成物。 - 前記気硬性結合剤(a)が、消石灰、チョーク、またはこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1および2のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒組成物。
- 前記光触媒(b)が、主に結晶質アナターゼ形態の光触媒二酸化チタンである、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒組成物。
- 前記光触媒二酸化チタンが、少なくとも95重量%が50nm以下の寸法であるような粒径を有する、請求項4に記載の光触媒組成物。
- 前記光触媒二酸化チタンが、少なくとも95重量%が20nm以下の寸法であるような粒径を有する、請求項4に記載の光触媒組成物。
- 前記光触媒二酸化チタンが、非光触媒二酸化チタンと混合される、請求項4ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒組成物。
- 前記セルロースエーテル(c)の20℃におけるブルックフィールドRVT粘度が、100〜70,000mPa.sの範囲である、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒組成物。
- 前記セルロースエーテル(c)の20℃におけるブルックフィールドRVT粘度が、100〜30,000mPa.sの範囲である、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒組成物。
- 前記セルロースエーテル(c)の20℃におけるブルックフィールドRVT粘度が、200〜10,000mPa.sの範囲である、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒組成物。
- 前記軽石(e)が、粒子形態の非晶質シリカ(NCS)であり、少なくとも95重量%の前記粒子が100μm以下の寸法である、請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒組成物。
- 前記軽石(e)が、粒子形態の非晶質シリカ(NCS)であり、少なくとも95重量%の前記粒子が80μm以下の寸法である、請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒組成物。
- 前記軽石(e)が、粒子形態のアモルファスアルミニウムシリケートであり、少なくとも95重量%の前記粒子が100μm以下の寸法である、請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒組成物。
- 前記軽石(e)が、粒子形態のアモルファスアルミニウムシリケートであり、少なくとも95重量%の前記粒子が80μm以下の寸法である、請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒組成物。
- 前記重晶石(f)が微粉化粉末形態であり、少なくとも95重量%の前記微粉化粉末が80μm以下の寸法である、請求項1ないし14のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒組成物。
- (g)少なくとも1種の粒子形態の第1の石灰質充填剤であって、少なくとも95重量%の前記粒子が100μm以下の寸法である、前記第1の石灰質充填剤、
(h)少なくとも1種の粒子形態の第2の石灰質充填剤であって、少なくとも95重量%の前記粒子が30μm以下の寸法である、前記第2の石灰質充填剤
も含む、請求項1ないし15のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒組成物。 - 前記第1の石灰質充填剤(g)が、少なくとも95重量%の粒子が70μm以下の寸法である粒子形態であり、一方前記第2の石灰質充填剤(h)が、少なくとも95重量%の粒子が20μm以下の寸法である粒子形態である、請求項16に記載の光触媒組成物。
- 前記石灰質充填剤(g)及び(h)が、0.2〜2.0の範囲の重量比(g)/(h)で存在する、請求項16または17に記載の光触媒組成物。
- 前記石灰質充填剤(g)及び(h)が、0.5〜1.5の範囲の重量比(g)/(h)で存在する、請求項16または17に記載の光触媒組成物。
- 少なくとも1種のバーサチック酸ビニルポリマー(i)も含む、請求項1ないし19のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1種のバーサチック酸ビニルポリマー(i)が1〜20重量%の範囲の量である、請求項20に記載の光触媒組成物。
- (j)少なくとも1種の長鎖カルボン酸の塩
も含む、請求項1ないし21のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒組成物。 - 汚染作用物質の存在の低減、総細菌数の減少、及び不快な臭いの除去を目的とする建築構成要素の内部コーティングのための、請求項1から22のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒組成物の使用。
