Description
− 計量システムに多結晶シリコンを提供する工程;
− 微粉画分がスクリーンによって除去される計量システムから計量システムの下に配置されたプラスチックバッグに多結晶シリコンを充填する工程;
を含み、充填中、充填された多結晶シリコンを有するプラスチックバッグの重量が決定され、目標重量の達成後に充填作業が停止され、充填作業全体の間に、450mm未満という、計量システムからプラスチックバッグへの多結晶シリコンの落下高さが、少なくとも1つの締め付け装置によって維持される該方法を開示する。
ポリシリコンを洗浄のために処理容器に入れる。
処理容器は、本発明による包装プラントの充填ユニットに締め付けられる。

Claims (6)
- 反応器内で棒状のポリシリコンを堆積することにより製造された粉砕ポリシリコン棒のチャンクの形態でポリシリコンを提供すること、ポリシリコンを包装することを含むポリシリコンの包装方法であって、処理容器からプラスチックバッグへのポリシリコンの包装は、処理容器およびプラスチックバッグが固定された充填ユニットの回転を含み、ポリシリコンは処理容器からプラスチックバッグへ滑り込み、ポリシリコンは包装前に洗浄され、ポリシリコンは、洗浄中に既に処理容器内に配置されていることを特徴とする、該方法。
- プラスチックバッグはシェーパー内に配置され、シェーパーは充填ユニットに固定される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 充填ユニットはシリコン製である請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 全ての空にされた処理容器が、計量および/またはカメラシステムにより完全に空になっているかチェックされる請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 充填ユニットを介してポリシリコンが処理容器からバッグ内に滑り込み始める時点の後に、回転速度が低下される請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- プラスチックバッグが予め製作された二重バッグである請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
