を含んでおり、内層(24)と最外層(26)とは内部表面(20)上のコンフォーマルなコーキング防止塗膜系(22)を画成し、最外層(26)はコーキング防止塗膜系(22)の最外面(28)を画成し、
最外層(26)によって画成されるコーキング防止塗膜系(22)の最外面(28)が6.4〜19μmRaの表面粗さを有する、方法。 - 内部通路(12)を有し、その内部表面(20)が炭化水素流体と接触するように構成・適合される部品(10)を製造する方法であって、当該方法が、
部品(10)とその内部通路(12)とその内部表面(20)とを積層造形法を用いて製造する工程と、
蒸着処理を行う工程であって、コンフォーマルな内層(24)を内部表面(20)上に直接堆積するために第1の前駆物質を内部通路(12)に流す工程と、内層(24)を被覆するコンフォーマルな最外層(26)を堆積するために第2の前駆物質を内部通路(12)に流す工程とを含んでいる工程と
を含んでおり、内層(24)と最外層(26)とは内部表面(20)上のコンフォーマルなコーキング防止塗膜系(22)を画成し、最外層(26)はコーキング防止塗膜系(22)の最外面(28)を画成し、
少なくとも内部表面(20)のうち塗膜系(22)が堆積される部分が30μmRa以下の表面粗さを有する、方法。 - 内部通路(12)が非直線形状を有する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- 内部通路(12)が、急な湾曲、複数巻き、螺旋型、及び環状のベンド、カーブ、ループ、及びスパイラルの1以上の形状を有する通路部分を少なくとも1つ含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 内層(24)が、シリカ、アルミナ、タンタル酸化物、ハフニア、イットリア、又はシリカとホウ素及び/又はリン及び/又はアルミナとの化学的組合せからなる組成物を含有する、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 最外層(26)は白金からなる組成物を含有する、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 部品(10)が燃料ノズルであって、炭化水素流体が燃料であり、当該方法が、燃料を内部通路(12)に流す工程をさらに含む、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 部品(10)は油圧系統部品(10)であって、炭化水素流体はオイルであり、当該方法が、オイルを内部通路(12)に流す工程をさらに含む、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 部品(10)と内部通路(12)とその内部表面(20)とがステンレス鋼、ニッケルとクロムの耐食性合金、及び高強度ニッケル系合金からなる群から選択される合金で形成されている、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 内部通路(12)を有し、その内部表面(20)が炭化水素流体と接触するように構成・適合されるように積層造形法によって製造される部品(10)であって、当該部品(10)が、
内部表面(20)の直上にあるコンフォーマルな内層(24)と、内層(24)を被覆するコンフォーマルな最外層(26)と
を含んでおり、内層(24)と最外層(26)とが内部表面(20)上のコンフォーマルなコーキング防止塗膜系(22)を画成し、最外層(26)はコーキング防止塗膜系(22)の最外面(28)を画成し、
最外層(26)によって画成されるコーキング防止塗膜系(22)の最外面(28)が6.4〜19μmRaの表面粗さを有する、部品(10)。 - 内部通路(12)を有し、その内部表面(20)が炭化水素流体と接触するように構成・適合されるように積層造形法によって製造される部品(10)であって、当該部品(10)が、

- 内部通路(12)が、急な湾曲、複数巻き、螺旋型、及び環状のベンド、カーブ、ループ、及びスパイラルの1以上の形状を有する通路部分を少なくとも1つ含む、請求項10乃至請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の部品(10)。

- 部品(10)は燃料ノズルであって、炭化水素流体は燃料であり、燃料が内部通路(12)内にある、請求項10乃至請求項17のいずれか1項に記載の部品(10)。
- 部品(10)は油圧系統部品(10)であって、炭化水素流体がオイルであり、オイルは内部通路(12)内にある、請求項10乃至請求項18のいずれか1項に記載の部品(10)。
