Description
・一方では、静脈の径を小さくして、結果として血流を促進し、弁機能を回復させることによる血管に対する効果;
・他方では、よりよい酸素化及び浮腫の再吸収を促すことによる組織に対する効果。
・一方では、筋肉が弛緩している時には、着用感がよく、特に夜間も耐えられるように比較的低い圧力(「静止圧」と呼ばれる);
・他方では、筋肉が緊張している時又は運動中、特に歩行中には比較的高い圧力(「動作圧」と呼ばれる)。
上記試験に基づき、これを基準として、伸び率が100%以下の圧迫包帯は「ショートストレッチ」包帯とみなされる。
上述の試験に基づき、これを基準として、伸び率が100%を超える包帯は「ロングストレッチ」包帯とみなされる。
・簡便且つ迅速に配置できること、
・できる限り薄くして着用感及び追従性を向上すること、
・皮膚と接触し得るラテックス又は接着剤を使用しないこと、
・所望の圧力及び所望の圧力差をかけ、長期にわたって保持すること、及び、
・製造が容易であること
が求められる。
・上記不織布は互いに貼り合わされており、その坪量がそれぞれ独立に70〜300g/m2であり、
・上記繊維は上記不織布の厚み方向に均一に捲縮しており、その平均曲率半径が10〜200μmであり、
・各不織布の表面の捲縮繊維数は10本/cm2より多い、
圧迫包帯である。
・非対称芳香族ジカルボン酸、特にイソフタル酸、フタル酸若しくは5−スルホイソフタル酸ナトリウム塩;
・脂肪族ジカルボン酸、特に脂肪族C1−12ジカルボン酸(アジピン酸等);
・アルカンジオール、特に1,3−プロパンジオール、1,4−ブタンジオール、1,6−ヘキサンジオール若しくはネオペンチルグリコール;又は、
・ポリオキシアルキレングリコール、特にジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール若しくはポリテトラメチレングリコール
を使用することが好ましい。
種々の材料を使用して包帯を製造した。
(a)不織布
実施例では、異なる2枚の不織布を使用する。各不織布は、国際公開第2008/015972号の教示に従って製造した、捲縮した非対称複合繊維を主体としたものである。これらの不織布のうち、不織布Aは参照番号SJJ142、不織布BはSJJ146である(いずれもクラレ社製)。
・厚み(欧州規格EN9073−2):1.13mm(不織布A)、1.14mm(不織布B)
・弾性率(欧州規格EN14704−1):86%(不織布A)、87%(不織布B)
・長さ方向の伸長度(欧州規格EN9073−3):117%(不織布A)、104%(不織布B)
・幅方向の伸長度(欧州規格EN9073−3):111%(不織布A)、65%(不織布B)
・自着性(上述の方法で測定):0.03N/cm(不織布A)、0.03N/cm(不織布B)
・不織布の表面の捲縮繊維数(上述の方法で測定):19/cm2(不織布A)、27/cm2(不織布B)
追加層に使用した材料は市販品であり、以下の名称又は参照番号を有する。表1中では略記した。
・親水性ポリウレタン発泡体:AMS社製、参照番号MCF.03、厚み4.5mm(発泡体4.5mmと略記)又は厚み2.5mm(発泡体2.5mmと略記)
・K soft(R)パディング:Urgo社製(パディングと略記)
・疎水性発泡体:Alveo社製、名称Alveolit(R)TEE.1000.8(Alveo発泡体と略記)
・ポリウレタン発泡体:Scapa社製、名称Medifix(R)4005(Scapa発泡体と略記)
・三次元ニットウェア:Louis Vuidon社製、参照番号9315(三次元ニットウェアと略記)
・ポリウレタンフィルム:Leygatech社製、参照番号PU55IMPER01、厚み55μm(PUフィルムと略記)
様々な貼り合わせ方法によって包帯を製造した。貼り合わせ方法としては、ニードリング、接着剤のポイント塗布、又は、超音波によるポイント貼り合わせを採用した。
リニアメートル当たり2500本のニードルを有するボードを備えたFehrer製ニードリング装置においてニードリングによる積層試験を実施した。
ニードリング1ラインにおける実施条件は以下の通りである。
・ニードリングラインの生産速度:1m/分
・針深度:10mm
・針密度:50パンチ/cm2
ニードリング2ラインにおける実施条件は以下の通りである。
・ニードリングラインの生産速度:1m/分
・針深度:13mm
・針密度:不織布Aは20パンチ/cm2、不織布Bは40パンチ/cm2
ニードリング3ラインにおける実施条件は以下の通りである。
・ライン速度=1m/分
・針深度:13mm(実施例10では18mm)
・針密度:50パンチ/cm2
接着剤を沈着させるのに必要な塗布温度が不織布の耐熱性と適合する場合に接着剤による貼り合わせを実施した。包帯が追加層を有する場合、追加層の表面は、接着剤が均一に分布するように充分に平坦でなければならない。
・使用シリンダー:シリンダーNo.6 Gravure Netz1
・装置の試験条件:
操作速度:2m/分
ロールスロット:0.3mm
ロールシリンダー圧:3bar
アンビルロール圧:2.5bar
加熱温度:188℃
接着剤温度:180℃
ポイント貼り合わせを実施した。ポイント数は、2枚の不織布間に結合点を形成するのに使用したソノトロードに面しているロール表面上のピン数と一致する。
・直径190mmのロール、参照番号H058
・幅161mmの被覆されていない平坦なチタン製ソノトロード
・超音波周波数:20kHz
・振幅:100%
・移動速度:約5m/分
実施例1〜12で得られた圧迫包帯の性能を、動作圧及び静止圧と圧力差を経時的に測定することによって評価した。
表2の結果を分析して本発明に係る圧迫包帯の性能を実証する。
Claims (28)
- コンジュゲート短繊維から得られた捲縮繊維の不織布を2枚備えた圧迫包帯であって、
前記コンジュゲート短繊維は、異なる2種の芳香族ポリエステルポリマーから構成された複合繊維であり、
前記不織布は芳香族ポリエステルポリマー以外のポリマー成分から構成された複合繊維を含まず、
該2枚の不織布は互いに貼り合わされており、その坪量がそれぞれ独立に70〜300g/m2であり、
前記捲縮繊維は前記不織布の厚み方向に均一に捲縮しており、その平均曲率半径が10〜200μmであり、
各不織布の表面の捲縮繊維数は10本/cm2より多く50本/cm 2 より少ない、
下肢潰瘍または下肢リンパ浮腫の治療用または予防用の静脈圧迫包帯。 - 前記2種の芳香族ポリエステルポリマーは、それぞれ軟化点が100℃以上である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。 - 前記複合繊維は、サイドバイサイド型構造を有しており、ポリエチレンテレフタレートである第1のポリマーと、アルキレンアリレートとイソフタル酸及び/又はジエチレングリコールとの共重合体である第2のポリマーから構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。 - 前記コンジュゲート短繊維は、平均番手が1〜5dtex、平均繊維長が10〜100mmである
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。 - 前記コンジュゲート短繊維は、平均番手が1.5〜3dtexである
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。 - 前記コンジュゲート短繊維は、平均繊維長が40〜60mmである
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。 - 前記捲縮繊維は平均曲率半径が50〜160μmである
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。 - 前記捲縮繊維は平均曲率半径が70〜130μmである
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。 - 各不織布の坪量はそれぞれ独立に80〜200g/m2である
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。 - 各不織布の坪量はそれぞれ独立に90〜150g/m2である
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。 - 各不織布の表面の捲縮繊維数は10本/cm 2 より多く35本/cm2 より少ない
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。 - 各不織布は、厚み方向に切断した断面において、
繊維湾曲率が、厚み方向に3等分して区切られた各領域において1.3以上であり、
これらの領域における該繊維湾曲率の最大値に対する最小値の比が75%より大きい
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。 - 布地、発泡材料、フィルム及びこれらの組合せからなる群より選択される追加層を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。 - 前記布地は非弾性不織布であり、その厚みが1.8mm超である
ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。 - 前記布地は吸収性不織布である
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。 - 前記布地の厚みが1.8〜4mmである
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。 - 前記布地の厚みが2〜3mmである
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。 - 前記追加層は、親水性ポリウレタン発泡体又はパディングである
ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。 - 前記不織布は、ニードリング、接着剤又は超音波により貼り合わされる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。 - 芳香族ポリエステルポリマーを主体としたサイドバイサイド型複合繊維から構成された2枚の、不織布を備え、
各不織布は坪量が90〜150g/m2であり、各不織布の表面の捲縮繊維数は10本/cm 2 より多く35本/cm2 より少ない
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。 - 前記2枚の不織布は、同一の不織布である
ことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。 - 前記2枚の不織布は、厚み2〜3mmのパディングである追加層と共にニードリングされる
ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。 - 前記2枚の不織布の厚みはそれぞれ0.25〜5mmである、
請求項1〜22のいずれか1項に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。 - 前記2枚の不織布の厚みはそれぞれ0.4〜2.5mmである、
請求項23に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。 - 前記2枚の不織布の厚みはそれぞれ0.5〜1.5mmである、
請求項24に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。 - 24時間経過時の圧力差が10〜30mmHgであり、動作圧が30〜40mmHgである、
請求項1〜25のいずれか1項に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。 - 手で引き裂くことが可能である、請求項1〜26のいずれか1項に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。
- 前記不織布が、異なる2種の芳香族ポリエステルポリマーから構成された複合繊維から得られた捲縮繊維のみを含む、
請求項1に記載の静脈圧迫包帯。
